We want to be transparent — we have searched our complete database and genuinely cannot find any order linked to your name, email address, or the details you provided when we sent our Request information.

We also want to note that Lauven does not sell jackets. We are a women's clothing brand selling dresses, skirts and tops exclusively. If a jacket was ordered, it was with a different retailer.
