Fakestore - nachdem die Vorauszahlung geleistet worden ist, hört man nichts mehr. Hände weg!

Ich habe bei Lavabosinks im Januar 2024 ein Lavabo bestellt und zum Voraus bezahlt, dieses aber nie erhalten. Herr Facci ist anfangs sehr nett und beantwortet sofort auf alle Anfragen. Wenn die Lieferung ansteht gibt es allerlei ausreden und versprechen. Diese werden aber nicht erfüllt und eine Lieferung erfolgt nie. Er antwortet auch nicht mehr auf E-Mail.

My partner and I unfortunately fell victim to this fraudulent "company"'s scam.

We spent thousands of dollars on bathroom sinks, showers, and faucets that we can never get back or reimbursed for. Over the course of 4 months, our items were never ultimately delivered. The scammers pretended to deliver our items to wrong addresses and came up with elusive, long-winded excuses as to why our purchases could not be delivered or how they were still in "transit".

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LAVABOSTORE. You will not get your money back.

They are thieves. you will never get what you ordered!

WARNING - They always ask you to transfer money instead of using credit cards so its more difficult for you to get them back once you figure out that they will never sent you the product you have paid for. They are responsive in the beginning and then ask you for 50% prepayment and then later for the remaining 50% prepayment after which they stop responding to your emails. This is people just trying to cheat you.

Je confirme les 3 avis lus ici. Je me suis fait abuser de la même manière: j'ai payé à la demande de Monsieur Facci l'intégralité de ma commande (1500 euros) juste avant une livraison jamais arrivée. Le remboursement proposé non plus. Après moult échanges (25) et menaces Monsieur Facci ne répond plus. Il semble que c'est bel et bien un ESCROC.

Efter at have betalt for et toiletsæde i februar. Har jeg alene fået fået dårlige undskyldninger og bortforklaringer retur.
Jeg har rykket for varen mindst en gang i måneden, og nu har vi november.
Svindlerne vandt igen, desværre.

I have contact CEC consummer service. They have no response from the compagny.
No reponse from Altheaceramica too.
Paid and material not send.
No response.

This site and this manufacturer are thieves!
Request for information on April 10 and 15, 2020 from Mr Filippo Facci.
After confirmation of the information and the resumption of production in Italy: Order placed on May 6, 2020, after transfer of the entire amount including delivery costs for 380 Euros. Mr Facci still deigns to respond to our email to confirm that delivery can take place within 2 weeks.
On May 7, we have confirmation of payment for the sink. Mr Facci tells us that he will inform us as soon as the sink is packed and shipped.
May 19: no news, we send an email to ask where we are.
May 20: We receive an email asking us to be patient.
Since then: silence. No more contact or response to our emails.
June 2: Still silence. No response to our mail.
July 9: Request reimbursement of amounts received.
As of July 15, no response from lavabostore.com or Altheaceramica the manufacturer that we also contacted.
We are now convinced that we are dealing with a bunch of crooks and we will inform as many people as possible to avoid them from such setbacks.
