Fast delivery. FEDX dropped the box and a bottle was broken. I called and they were great. They sent me another bottle immediately. Great customer service

It took forever AND evidently it was…
It took forever AND evidently it was hit i the shipment box and whatever happened….the caps were off… the corks were wet! Horrible. It should have come to Jane Massey. 4013 west 138th terrace. I don’t even know it we should drink it with tops being off????? Not great!!!

Wine delivered perfectly despite IT issue.
The company had an IT problem, but could find my order and fulfilled it with expedited shipping. The wine arrived in perfect condition and I’m very happy I placed an order with them 👍🏻

I order from them because they carry a lot of things that I cannot get locally. Ordering process is easy. Speed of the transaction is great and shipping time after order place is immediate.
