I contacted them to ask if they could send a replacement part (the magnet fell out and was lost) for my necklace and they have send me a new necklace instead. Wonderful service.
I love the necklace but I suggest it is not to be worn 24/7. Enjoy!

If I could leave a 10+ star I would without hesitation! I had a very small issue with the necklace and I cannot express enough of the customer service I received! Not seen much these days and I am looking forward to be purchasing more for the upcoming holidays!

Received both 'buy one get one free' silver and gold tranforming Heart pendant and neckless...Happy with both on first impression, look nice, however only time will tell what the overall quality is like as very light and may therefore lose colour and quality quickly, we shall see... 🤞
Considering the distance involved, the use of a thin bubble wrap envelope meant the boxes inside took a battering so if you want them as a gift be prepared to get another box!!!

I ordered what I thought was buy one get one free necklace from Lavisure. The site said basically buy one get one free. I noticed just after ordering literally mention of one item! I got in touch with supplier and explained my problem. To date no response no contact and I have written 3/4 times no response. A very dishonest company avoid like the plague. Another reviewer said same which I had checked Trust pilot first.

First offered a buy one get one free on a necklace then only sent one. Had to hassle for them to send the other one that never turned up. Then to find the so called luxury necklace is selling for £3 on Temu. I ordered one from Temu and it’s identical to the one Lavisure are selling for £28 what a con
