We have taken the decision to discontinue using Trustpilot for our customer feedback. We invite you to join our official Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/boostbikesofficial) and for our Brompton system (https://www.facebook.com/groups/boostbikesinthefold). You'll find over 800 friendly and helpful Boost users and experts. As always, the best way to get support is via our email. We encourage Trustpilot to find some way to reduce the high proportion of fake reviews on the platform - we were not willing to pay to 'improve' our profile with meaningless feedback.
