Finally had a chance to had an onboard chat with Lianne. The product can achieve a lot more than I first considered using it for and Lianne explained all modules well and asked questions to prompt thinking.

Being a small business that was struggling we didn't have a lot of money for lawyers to finalise the sale of our business so Lawpath was a great cost effective service. The low cost of easily amendable documents were perfect for us and the sale of the business went through easily.

Do note though you need to be aware the membership fees will keep coming out, and you must cancel via the portal, their sales team can not assist you.
