Not happy because they made me pay £21 plus VAT for delivery that was over £600, and thenTwo gravel board being cracked when they delivered on Saturday so in Sunday, I had to go back to Selco and buy two more

I am writing about the Edgware branch of Lawsons. Charlie there always remembers me and very quickly and easily locates my historical orders to check if I ordered any item in the past and tries to improve on the prices.
Most importantly he always does his best to provide me with the delivery slot that I require

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion caused. Our deliveries are kerbside only, which means the driver delivers the materials to the nearest safe access point at the front of the property.
Unfortunately, our drivers are unable to carry materials through the property to the rear of homes. We do aim to make this clear when orders are placed and we’ll review how this information is communicated to avoid misunderstandings in future.
