Worked with Joe — would not recommend. Communication was consistently poor: they claim they need to speak with your attorneys but never actually follow through with calling them. Every time I called, I was met with excuses or outright misinformation. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do, and when things go sideways, they either stop answering the phone altogether or try to lock you into a lower settlement amount with higher fees. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Legal Bay made it very easy to receive my money from my pending lawsuits and the people where great and very helpful.

The prompt responses and consistent made my experience great. The company did well with customer service and gathering all information.

So I chose to rate Legal-Bay with a 3 star rating because I am about 50/50 with my experience. I am extremely and most definitely blessed at the fact that with my circumstances. Legal Bay was the only one out of many that were willing to help me with the money that I needed to get by. As I had already borrowed previous funds to get by while my case goes through litigation. So as far as their willingness and their commitment to helping people I am extremely satisfied and extremely grateful for what they did for me because I wouldn’t have made it without them. On the opposite side. The only issue that I really have with working with them is their interest rate is definitely much much higher than anybody else I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately, I understand it’s the name of the game and the risk that you take, but they are among the highest for interest rates. Unfortunately, though when people are desperate, and they have nothing if they’re willing to take the risk then I would definitely recommend their services. Because they definitely took a chance on me when they didn’t have to, and I’m very grateful for that.
