This company has zero support. No contact telephone number. emails unanswered or won't send.
Just plain poor. They advertise well with promises of 24/7 support but the truth is the opposite.
Beware or be out of pocket.
Three emails were sent to question why I couldn't renew my monthly subscription (I only signed up for a month to see how I would like the service). When I added my card info. I kept getting a processing error.
An additional email was a question about a charge on my credit card that listed a company with a different name and an international transaction fee.
I have sent multiple emails over the course of a month to this company's Administrative email and their Support email - I have not received a response from either. There is no phone number available to call and no way to delete my account. Beware.
No support, will not return emails
Purchased one month, luckily, and after one day not working and will not reload.
Asked to cancel, no response.
Website’s support page will not load, appears to be a fraud site
Signed up for 2 devices for 12 months... Not that impressed with the reliability so, as per their own instructions, I've requested a refund... That was THREE days ago, and I've emailed every day of those three days...
On their own website it even states 'you have 15 days to change your mind and if you do, we will refund you in full, no questions asked'..
All I can say that this is a blatant LIE...!! I'm gonna have to now contact my bank...
