Bought a putter which I never received and they insist was delivered to me. They will not return phone calls,texts or emails. They have had my money for a month and a half.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the consumer protection bureau as well as my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Ordered a putter on Feb 6 and received a shipping notification on Feb 9 for a Feb 13 delivery. The UPS tracking number was provided as well. Today they sent an email stating that it wouldn't be shipped until approximately Feb 28. No explanation other than "a production delay." Wait, how can there be a delay on something that has already been shipped? The only way is if they weren't honest upfront.

j'ai reçu mes clubs hybrides le 30/07 une semaine aprés le vernis de plusieurs clubs s'écaille ( sur le face supérieure celle qui n'est pas en contact avec le sol). Je contacte lazrus golf qui me répond que l'émail part suite à un choc donc le vernis ne part pas tant qu'on utilise pas les clubs!!!
méme pas un geste commercial.

I received my hybrid clubs on 30/07 a week after the varnish of several clubs is peeling (on the upper side, the one that is not in contact with the ground). I contact Lazrus Golf who replies to me that the enamel has gone due to a shock, so the varnish does not go off as long as we don’t use the clubs!!!
not even a commercial gesture.
