It's Temu for books. Seems legit, but you will have to wait a long time to receive your items. Company is very professional in complaint responses. Lord knows, I went off on them.

I did get my books about 1 month after I had ordered them.
After the 1st 2 weeks, the tracking number not working, the contact number not working, not receiving the items, and reading reviews, I swore I got scammed.
I did receive very cordial responses, from the company, in regards to my complaint emails. However, I still thought I got scammed.
Long short of it is, if you order from them, it will take a long time to receive your items. Think Temu.
I do believe that they are a legitimate company and do offer some decent deals.
The company needs to be upfront about international shipping and work on their tracking system.

Scammed by Ibooks corporation

I placed an order on May 9th 2025 and have not received book. I placed the order through shop and the usps tracking number provided by them is not recognized by usps. On shop I can't find a way to report this shop and I should of checked reviews before ordering. I now had to contact my bank and report the fraud as I cannot reach this book company by email or phone numbers. Do not waste your time because digging deeper in this matter it looks like it's a Chinese book company hiding behind the shop app. The website looks really good but check reviews before buying. Dont be a sucker like me and just buy. They by Ibooks.corporation, helloibooks.co and couple other names according to my bank. I can't stand these asian fraud companies.

Your order from May 9, 2025, appears to have been shipped with a USPS partner tracking number via an international logistics chain, which can result in temporary tracking issues, especially before the package is scanned by USPS on U.S. soil. Unfortunately, that initial “invisibility” window often leads to the exact concern you voiced: the tracking doesn’t register on USPS.com right away, and we completely understand how suspicious and frustrating that looks from your end.

I also want to acknowledge your concerns about being unable to reach us. We’ve experienced a sharp spike in volume over the past several weeks, and that has impacted our response times across email and phone—something we are actively addressing. We are not hiding, nor are we evading customer support—we are simply catching up from a logistical bottleneck that we were not prepared for at the scale it came. This place is a scam or just ran with a high level of incomitance

I ordered a set of book for my wife and they decided to ship them to California instead of Missouri.

This is after the fact that I told them what my address was and they still sent to the wrong address. i'm requesting a full refund but doubt that it will happen. unless i can get the books ordered.

I have replied to your email and haven't received anything from you. Also the phone number you gave 555-123-4567. This isn't a real number. I will continue to state that this place is a scam and people should not go to this site.

To all this is a scam.. The website is officially down (lbooks.co) The email that they use hello*lbooks.co no longer works. Save your money and time and never deal with these scam artist. But congrats you got my 40 bucks

No book, no refund

I ordered a hard copy of a book and ended up they didn’t have in stock, so they sent a ebook. I did not want an ebook. Ask several times for a refund. Still waiting a month for refund.
