I was a sole executor in a very difficult estate. There were numerous beneficiaries all over the world and the deceased had been scammed out of millions. I was totally at sea.
Amjed Zaman led me through the process of sorting it out with patience, kindness and expertise. When further unexpected issues arose years later he stepped up again gratis and advised me how to resolve matters. I cannot stress how impressive and professional his services were.

Solicitor, whose expertise is in wealth management and estates, created numerous LPA's and changed a Will (taking instruction only from one family member) for a parent with dementia lacking mental capacity. Would only communicate with that one family member. Refused to acknowledge and was rude to other family members who raised concerns. After raising concerns with OPG about the LPA's, they were finally cancelled 3 years later. Three years after making the first complaint to solicitors, finally had the total cost of the cancelled LPA's and Will returned to parent. They wouldn't admit fault until a court order was received. Had to be very persistent to get parent's money back from them. In my opinion solicitor did not follow solicitors code of conduct.

Continued unsolicited contact from this company with more requests for personal/bank details and refusal to provide information without payment. Definitely one to avoid.

I actually thought this company was a scam when they contacted me from an unsolicited mobile number, since then they have proved to be totally unprofessional and uncaring given they are handling the affairs of my late Mother. I am now in contact with the legal ombudsman as they do not respond to their own complaints procedure.
