Very easy booking system and I found Phil at my door shortly after. He reviewed the issue and offered a range of solutions to fit my budget and even went beyond what I asked by covering a few other tasks too.

Booked Philipp for carpet cleaning. He delivered a very great and friendly service.

He went above and beyond in making some recommendations for some of the other issues we have had in the flat.

I had an issue with the washing machine. Communication was very prompt and good. Philipp asked many questions and gave me some suggestions to see if I could fix the issue myself first. As nothing worked, I booked a slot, which was very easy to do. Before booking a proper engineer service I wanted Philipp to came and check where the issue is coming from. He checked everything and confirmed that the problem wasn’t in the filter/plumbing but with the electrical board. Highly recommend this handyman service, very professional (they also send a photo of their job, which is very convenient in some cases). Will definitely bear in mind this service for any future issues!

In addition to being very knowledgeable and having a great craft, Phil is resourceful, on time and proactive. It’s always a pleasure to have him over to help me make my flat a home.
