We are very grateful for the exceptional care we have received from Dr Dear and the whole team. LCRH adopts a highly personalised approach, where you are seen by the same consultant throughout your journey. The team always listened to our concerns and Dr Dear suggested pragmatic ways forward, which got to the bottom of the specific issues we were facing. Messages were always delivered with kindness and compassion and we had total trust in the team throughout the process. We can’t thank them enough.

I couldn’t recommend LCRH more highly.

This was my second IVF attempt after moving from a national branded clinic after a failed first try and LCRH achieved a successful first cycle.

The difference between a large clinical setting and the ultra personalised LCRH clinic could not be more different.
I felt I was arriving with a list of challenges as long as my arm, and I was treated with kindness and sensitivity from the start.
Each hurdle was considered and a scientific solution / suggestion provided to meet these obstacles with refreshed optimism and pragmatism.

From a setting perspective, the clinic is a completely refreshing environment from a clinic hospital setting and appointments felt much easier to navigate. I chose LCRH Beaconsfield because of its proximity and links to the Lister but would absolutely recommend travelling to this clinic rather than to a hospital each time.

Lynne is outstanding at what she does (knowledgeable, patient, unflappable and genuinely cares) but a special shoutout to Shanee for her expert care and manner also.

A huge thank you. I don’t often give reviews but I relied on them hugely when choosing a clinic (it is such an enormous amount of money and a massive gamble) and felt compelled to say I recommend LCRH without hesitation.

I have been working with Dr Lynne Chapman for the best part of six years now and as a fertility professional for 30 years.

Dr Chapman is one of the most diligent, caring, thoughtful, and clinically accurate consultants I have ever had the privilege of working with. Her approach to patient care is exemplary. She takes the time to understand each individual couple’s situation and provides guidance that is both compassionate and scientifically rigorous.

One of the things that truly sets Dr Chapman apart is her integrity. She considers very carefully whether patients actually need IVF treatment at all, rather than simply progressing to intervention unnecessarily. When IVF is required, she ensures that patients are meticulously prepared beforehand, optimising both male and female fertility to give them the very best chance of success.

Her entire team reflects the same professionalism and care, and they make what can be a very stressful and emotional journey significantly easier for patients.

I cannot recommend Dr Chapman and her team highly enough. They represent fertility care at its very best.

When it became clear we would need IVF in 2022 we were incredibly fortunate that both of the professionals we were working with for investigations independently recommended LCRH. The whole team there are amazing at their jobs and thanks to their excellent treatment we now have two children. We were always happy that everyone was kind, honest, transparent and had our best interests at heart, even when the news might not have been what we wanted to hear. The clinic is very ethically run and the like-for-like costs for the treatment we actually had were very similar to our local chain fertility clinic here in Manchester. The attention to detail and therefore the success rates at LCRH are exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone looking for fertility investigations or treatment.

Every member of the team I met was kind and empathetic, I never felt awkward or embarrassed, which I really appreciated. But they were also very professional and clearly worked very hard to make sure each step of the journey went as smoothly as possible.
I now have a beautiful, healthy boy, it seems like a little miracle!

From our first meeting, Lynne Chapman and her team at the Beaconsfield Clinic showed real compassion and empathy, helping us feel supported and reassured that this was not the end of our journey after a difficult experience with a previous NHS cycle.

Thanks to Lynne and her team, we now have a beautiful daughter, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and guidance we received throughout our treatment. We hope to visit again in the near future to continue our fertility journey and would highly recommend the clinic to others.

I was recommended LCRH by a friend and I will always be grateful to her for that. Every single person I met and was treated by at the clinic was caring, compassionate and patient. I was mainly seen by Rebecca throughout my two cycles and I really valued having that continuity of care. What sets LCRH apart is that you are truly treated like an individual, so all treatments plans are tailored to your specific individual needs. I never felt like I was being pumped for cash. Communication was very good overall. Thank you Lynne and team everything!

Lynne Chapman and her team are amazing. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are so compassionate and caring. I felt that they were really on the journey with me as an individual cheering me on and consoling me through the ups and downs of this very intimate journey. I had one experience of a scan at a much bigger clinic & it lacked the warmth & empathy that Lynne & her smaller team provide.

At decision points, I felt that Lynne laid out the facts clearly and left us to make our minds up, not pushing us to take unnecessary treatments but open to newer ones that maybe don’t have all the evidence yet to show for sure that they work.

When we had challenges, Lynne was available to see & talk to. You couldn’t ask for better.

We now have a beautiful baby & I’ll definitely be coming back to LCRH if we try to have a second child.

My experience of LCRH has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment I met Lynne, I felt I was in safe hands. I was listened to intently and compassionately. Given advice and recommendations based on my own personal circumstances and given a treatment plan that would give me the very best chance of success - despite the odds being low due to my age.

The meticulous attention to detail, consistent and careful monitoring and adaptive approach to treatment are the reasons I gave birth to my miracle baby boy.
