Very satisified. Ashni was great!
Ahsni was very friendly and accommodating. She was doing the inventory check when we moved in and made us feel very welcome. She also provided very good advice on any issues that came up during the process. She performed a very thorough check of the property which makes me feel confident that any issues will be dealt with accordingly. Overall, very satisfied with her service.

Ashni was wonderful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She explained everything in detail and gave us all the information needed to complete the process. Hand over for Follio property
I met Ashely at the my new apartment, he went through in detail the report and issues faced in the property, he also gave me professional advice on what to do if facing future issues.
My experience was very enjoyable and reassuring especially as this is my first time moving into an apartment in UK.
The aftercare has been amazing as Ashley has routinely checked on what is happening with the issues raised in his report.
I cannot recommend Ashley and the team more highly due to their outstanding professional handling of the hand over, detailed report and customer after care.

Did a check out from a flat with Ashni.
She was very friendly and diligent to the point that she requested the meter readings and sent them over as soon as she got them.

Abdi is super kind and very helpful in making sure we moved in the apartment,the process ran very smooth! As I still wasn’t in the country my brother had to check us in and the level of communication received by Abdi was top class! Checkout was also the same!
