The team were carried out our move were very professional, took good care of our belongings and had no issues moving our belongings down stairs from a second floor flat. Many of our items were still not packed on the day but the team were so helpful in packing as we went along, even with small items which could have easily been lost. They also helped put our items in the right place in our new home. I would highly recommend Leader Removals who also gave us a good price for our move.

A positive experience throughout, clear communication with different options prior to the move as we were sending some items to storage as well. On the day, the movers made a stressful day manageable and as easy as possible for us. All items were handled carefully and the movers were polite, helpful and professional. Very happy with the service and definitely recommend!

Anthony and Tony were fantastic.

Our move was complicated by my wife being 9 months pregnant and so unable to lift much but Anthony and Tony we’re great.

They were proactive, very careful of our belongings, very quick and looked after all of our furniture very well.

They showed great initiative when a bit of furniture wouldn’t fit upstairs so they quickly dismantled it and put it back together with no hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

They made the overall moving experience much less stressful and I would very highly recommend them. The price is reasonable and great value for money. I would 100% use them again and would recommend to friends.

I used Leaders to move from my top floor maisonette flat to a house. The quote was competitive and the team were brilliant to work with. I chose the packing and removal service. This is the second time I used their services, after being very pleased when they helped with my removal 2 years ago.

Again, they were efficient, careful and very nice. Moving quickly without spending time, putting each box in the right place, based on the labels I've placed. They are clearly very professional and experienced.

As somebody who hasn't moved house in over twenty years, I was cautious about who to appoint for our long-distance move. Leader were competitively priced against the others, but who can you trust on the big day and will they do a good job? I needn't have worried. Leader were reliable, courteous, hard-working, friendly and well organised. Our 4 bed house was packed up by noon and the vans were on the road to our new home some 165 miles away, arriving around 3:30pm. Everything was unloaded, re-assembled and placed in the correct rooms by 8pm. A fantastic job done with good humour and respect. The company were also very gracious in repairing some slight accidental damage to our old house when moving some heavy furniture, and the new owners are delighted with the repair. I would urge anyone looking for a reasonably priced and professional removal company to look no further than Leader Removals.

We used Leader Removals for our 4 bed house move from Slough to Dorset and we’re in awe at how efficient the whole team were from start to finish. A crew of two came the day before promptly at 08.00 hours as agreed to pack and label everything, leaving essential items close to hand. This task was done by lunchtime (not an easy feat with the amount of stuff we had).

The following day a crew of four and 3 vans again arrived promptly and early to load our worldly belongs for the onward journey to our new home. The house was cleared efficiently and effortlessly by 11.

On arrival at our new home they quickly unloaded ensuring that everything was where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ivan and his team were courteous, polite, helpful and always smiling. We are not planning on moving again but would definitely highly recommend. Thank you.

Really perfect. Worked hard, got everything disassembled, packed and re-assembled in good time and really lovely guys. Looked after stuff very well.

EDIT: You only have to read the response this company has left me to see what kind of unprofessional organisation you'll be working with if you hire them to move your stuff. If you want animosity and gaslighting to add to the already incredibly stressful process of moving, then you can count on these guys.

I would highly advise against using this company. The movers are very unprofessional and completely destroyed one of my items as well as knocking two others. I personally witnessed them mishandling my items but as a woman it's very scary to confront two men on your own. The movers did admit to destroying the lamp on the day and told me that they had let the head office know, the woman I spoke to at the head office said to email them after. When I emailed them they are refusing to do anything about it, claiming it wasn't their fault and telling us we're lying about who caused the damage! As if I would damage my own expensive furniture? Very very unprofessional company. Please don't put your furniture in their hands because they will NOT respect your belongings and accuse you of lying when you report issues. I have photographic evidence of everything including how they placed items in the truck in a very unprotected manner. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Could not recommend this company enough! We had a lot of stuff (lots of ornaments and collector items) and the team took a lot of time and care packing everything for us - we had the full packing and moving service and would never move without that again. We were also moving reptiles and they’re the first company that have managed to move their vivariums completely set up and had them into the new home straight away with nothing out of place. They were also super accommodating with helping us get all the furniture in the right place and could not have been nicer to work with, even with it being almost a 12 hour day of slog. Thank you again to the team, we’ll definitely use you next time we move!

Great customer service. They were very helpful and worked really hard. Everything was packed away safely and nothing was too much bother for them. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
