I haven't had the Leader's Toolkit for long, but I can see the advantage of having these within arms reach for those times where I am not sure what the next step should be.

Immediately actionable and practical. As a manager of a team of 7, I'm always looking for ways to hone my craft further but sometimes fall short of finding time - especially when it means combing for insights in manager's guides and books. Very Handy, small helpful kit for ideas on managing my new team. It has great motivational tools in a very concise format which are easy to use and better than most management books I've used.
