My annual subscription cost has nearly doubled since I first signed up. They changed their billing structure a few years ago so that with the number of landing pages I built, I had to upgrade to a higher tier or lose those pages. And now, they have steeply increased the price for that higher tier as well.

You need to contact support to cancel your plan. Also, when my annual subscription expired, they automatically charged me the monthly fee without my authorization. That kind of company should not be trusted.

Started a Leadpages account for a simple urgent client landing page. The software literally didn’t work - would not publish and support were extremely slow. They kept telling me it was fixed when it was not. Finally after a few days I ran out of time, cancelled the account. Refund took ages to process. Then a month later they bill me again for a cancelled account. Still no word for support. My experience is if a dysfunctional company with next to no meaningful support and ultra-scammy billing practices.

This company has the absolute worst customer service. After creating one page on their trial offer. They proceeded to charge me $888. Have they charged me the monthly amount until I caught that they were charging me after the trial. I would’ve been OK with that but they charged the entire year and then told me that I had seven days to ask for the refund and hadn’t made that timeframe. I’m a 65-year-old retired grandma. I have spent a year trying to get that money back. They can see that I have created zero lead pages and have never used their service and still they refuse to refund me the money saying I only had seven days. This is terrible customer service in an industry that has a lot of competitors. I would advise you to choose a company who sees their customers as human beings, and when given the evidence that a person has not used their service at all would be willing to at least refund half the money or any part of the money. Steer clear of this company.

I tried to sign up for the free 2 week trial. I put in my debit card details and they wouldn't accept them, so I gave up. I didn't start the trial and moved on. Then two weeks later they charged me £720 for a pro annual subscription! Shocked I contacted them by support ticket. They say "You can expect a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)." And they say they will refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment anyway, but three working days and two chaser emails later I still haven't heard anything. It's a dreadful technical fault that can cause this to happen in the first place, and abysmal customer service that I haven't even had a person reply to my ticket.

I’ve been using Leadpages for years. Anytime I’ve had any tech issues, their customer support team has always been ready to help and fix any problems as quickly as possible. Good service and good landing page designs and integrations.

Prompt, courteous and spot-on tech help!
Other tech companies should take their example. My friendly and professional rep, Javier, was an incredible help in every way, solving some technical problems that were beyond my scope of knowledge. Bravo to him and to Leadpages!

Templates are solid and you can sort by conversion rates which saves a lot of guessing. the website editor is intuitive, I had a page live in under an hour without any problems!
The Leadmeter is handy, scores your page as you build it and flags stuff like (weak CTAs or missing elements before you publish something thats not gonna convert.
AI headline generator good for when your staring at a blank screen. Wont blow your mind but gets you going for sure.
People are easy to deal with too, support actually answers questions without the usual runaround and their free Expert Feedback where someone reviews your page and sends a video is weirdly generous.
It does what it says, doesnt overcomplicate things.

We need to use a translator if we don't speak English. Afterwards, we get a good, great, rapid service.

I had an issue, so I contacted LP. The problem was sorted immediately.
I have no problem recommending Leadpages as a funnel building service, landing pages platform or for Sales/Marketing funnels

Customer support and service is non existent. I have contacted support multiple times as their chat is just a useless bot. Unfortunately the support service is equally useless. Instead of getting help I get automated answers. I've been trying to solve issues now for 3 weeks with no result or solution from leadpages. What a frustrating experience!

Do not trust this company — it’s a complete scam.
I only wanted to test their service using the 14-day trial they promote. I tried to cancel after the first day, but there’s no real option to do so — only a misleading button called “Cancel Trial.” When you click it, it immediately charges you for the full-year subscription. After that, they completely stop responding to emails or support requests.
This is how they make money — by tricking people into paying for something they didn’t agree to. Stay away from them!

first: their arrogance is offensive and smacks of scam. they offer the usual free trial, after ONE attempt at trying to use it, it was erroring, so I tried again, to no avail. so I canceled it. followed up with email. told them i did't want it - and bam, I was charged 497.12 on my PayPal. so I report it to PP, and then go to the leadpages site to seek support. and that arrogant response (non human) of course a.i. tells me its spelled out in the terms - that they don't refund . that there is this long drawn out requirement to cancel! what our world has been reduced to is disgusting. Anyone can create false "trust pilot" reviews, even bbb ones that shout how wonderful it is. and once they have your pay account info - they do what ever they want and back it up with their " terms ' --- it's clear that I was NEVER on the site for more than a few minutes. PERIOD - NO work did I do and yet, they have a policy.... no refunds. the internet has been a hot bed for criminal activity, with no way to reach anyone (by that I mean person) who tells you they are sorry for your inconvenience - and you will be refunded and your account cancelled! not a day passes that I don't hear of someone being scammed by these treacherous arms length transactions. there are so many complaints about this very thing.... yet, they remain in business - I hope that this review reaches people. I will fight them tomorrow. we ALL need to return to brick and mortar shopping, get off this internet for the purchasing, and use it only for information.

Testé et désapprouvé ! Mais pourquoi je ne lis pas Trustpilot avant de lancer... Prise en main difficile. On t'annonce que tu peux créer ton site gratuitement pendant 15 jours mais ils oublient que tu ne peux pas le publier. Lol. Et après ils te disent que tu as un nom de domaine gratuite... Nom de domaine qui est gratuit si tu dépenses 5 € ! Lol. Bref n'allez pas chez leadpage

I don’t ever remember upgrading to a pro subscription as it’s just me and I only used a few of their features…why would I sign up for a pro plan to be charged $99 a month?!

I stopped getting emails from them early this year and suddenly I noticed a charge this month of $99 that apparently been charged me monthly since 2023!!

No notices of any billing or monthly or yearly re-activation in my emails whatsoever, so for this reason I do not recommend! It’s not right.

This is clearly a way to prey on forgotten subscriptions, not good business in 2025.

Was charged 2 months of subscription because I forgot to turn off after the trial period. I did not use their service in this 2 months and they refuse to refund. They just want your money. There is no prompt on the trial expiration. Simple exploitation. And they hide behind legal langauge... oh i told you so... I do not find lead pages useful at all.

Absolute scam with their pricing and billing practices. I was a long-time customer paying $300/year when they suddenly charged me $880 - nearly a 300% increase - without proper authorization.

Here's what happened:

• They claim they sent one email in June about "changes"
• Without any explicit consent, they automatically "upgraded" my account
• Processed an $880 charge vs my expected $300 renewal
• When I requested cancellation and refund, they refused citing their "policy"
• They hide behind terms of service that violate basic consumer rights

Their customer service is a joke:
Multiple representatives giving conflicting information, claiming they "can't" process refunds when disputes are open (completely false), and offering meaningless "special rates" instead of addressing the unauthorized billing.This is classic bait-and-switch tactics. They get you locked in at one price, then force massive increases through automatic renewals and call it "platform improvements."

I've had to file complaints with the ACCC (Australian consumer protection) and dispute through PayPal because they refuse to honor basic consumer rights.Save your money and find a legitimate service that doesn't use predatory billing practices. There are plenty of landing page builders that don't scam their customers with surprise 300% price increases.

UPDATE: Still fighting for my refund weeks later. They continue to dodge responsibility and hide behind policies that violate consumer protection laws.
