We’re truly sorry to hear that your canvas arrived damaged — that’s not the experience we want for our customers. Please rest assured, we’ll make it right immediately. We’ll send you a new replacement in a more protective, robust cardboard tube to ensure it arrives safely this time.

Unfortunately, this kind of issue very rarely happens — only in a few isolated cases — but please know we’re always here to support our customers and make things right.

First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for this situation and the unusual delay. You’re absolutely right to be concerned, and I completely understand your frustration.

This is truly a stroke of bad luck — our supplier for the separate framing kits unexpectedly left us in a difficult position, which caused delays in several shipments.

Please rest assured that we are by no means a fraudulent company. We’ve already prepared an immediate solution for you: I’d like to offer to send your canvas already framed, at no additional cost.

I’m confident that once you receive it, you’ll see the quality of our work and understand our good intentions. We’d be truly grateful if, after receiving your framed canvas, you might consider updating your review to reflect your full experience.

We would like to clarify that the reviewer did not place any order with us.

As we explained in our previous message, Leah Ideas is a team of artist-designers, not a reseller. All of our designs are created in-house and are the property of Leah Ideas. Our vision is to make large-scale statement art pieces accessible to more people at fair prices, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and color durability so that our art lasts for generations.

We truly don’t understand the hostility behind this review. If someone does not agree with our vision, that is of course their choice — but leaving a negative review without ever experiencing our products or service is unfair to a small, honest business working hard with dedication and passion.

We are not a mass-production company; we are a growing independent team of creatives who believe in making art affordable without losing its soul. We put our hearts into this work, and it’s disappointing to see this kind of negativity from people who have never even supported our business.

We encourage those who appreciate quality, originality, and creativity to judge us based on our actual work, not assumptions.

We’ve now seen that this is the fifth time you’ve edited your review. While you're entitled to share your experience, it’s important for us to clarify the facts and respond to misrepresentations.

To begin with: the item you received was not defective. It was delivered in good condition, met our product standards, and was shipped more than 10 months ago. You only contacted us very recently — not to inquire or ask for help, but to demand a full refund and a complete replacement of your entire order. In other words, you requested all items be resent and fully refunded — essentially asking for everything free of charge.

Despite the significant time that had passed, we were still willing to help and even considered resending your full order. However, the hostile and threatening nature of your messages made it impossible to proceed in a constructive way. Instead of a respectful dialogue, we were met with accusations and ultimatums — including your statement that if we didn’t meet your demands, you would post negative reviews and have your friends submit false ones as well. One of those fake reviews has already been submitted and was reported immediately.

You also referenced lines from our emails out of context to support your narrative. At no point did we insult or attack your character. We have only responded factually and professionally in defense of our small business and our team, who work hard every day to support customers fairly and honestly.

We welcome genuine feedback and are always ready to make things right when concerns are brought to us in good faith. But we do not and will not accept intimidation, manipulation, or dishonest tactics.

We remain confident in the way we’ve handled this situation and stand by our integrity, our policies, and our values.
