Really disappointed in their inconsistent stock levels, constantly removing stock from their website and stating that its being reformulated.. I've tried to support this SA business but when there are other Australian businesses who have products consistently stocked I end up just going to them instead - especially when they can offer black friday sales on ALL stock.
Was very surprised to receive the canvas rolled and not stretched, looked at the website and there is a small blurb at the bottom but even then it is not very clear how you'll receive the canvas and other sites specifically start that it comes rolled, which this one does not.
I contacted them about it, customer service was awful, they just hung their hat on their unclear website blurb and when I asked for a refund they said they'd have to check if I qualify. Not sure what their satisfaction guarantee is then if a standard customer like me doesn't qualify. They agreed to a refund but I didn't.go through with it because I would have to pay for shipping from Australia to the US, which is at least half the amount of the refund, so what's the point. Ended up paying to have it stretched myself, which cost me twice as much as the canvas, which was $120 Australian dollars, so you do the math and this turned into a very expensive exercise for what it is. After a lot of back and forth through email they finally offered to send me a free framing kit, but that would have taken weeks to arrive and I still would have had to buy the tools to stretch the thing myself, so not.much consolation there. It really took a lot of fighting to get these guys to care at all, I'd suggest they get the complaint all the time but they ignore it and probably make more out of people having to come back for framing kits. Left a review on their website but they didn't post it, screening reviews and only.poating the positive ones, bit of an indication.
A lot of useful recipes, tasty, and most importantly healthy. For me, this is healthy food. This is my salvation.
Love the recipes! So easy and healthy, with enough variety to not get bored.
Leah's original bare guides (I paid for one and pirated the other, lol) are so bland. Her food is tragically westernised. Also, bare lean is dead and a straight-up diet culture.
And Leah, why are you charging $150 for a recipe cookbook and a do-it-yourself diary? Stop exploiting people's insecurities. Its disgusting.
Feel like it's a money making scam. She's fat, restarted her journey 10 thousand times to pretend she is able to sell her guides and pretending they work... I regret being fooled into buying two guides. The recipes aren't simple, full of nasties & just terrible, probably two or three I like and make on repeat.
Very happy with my latest purchase. I already have the bare guide and the bare lean guide. Really looking forward to cooking new meals with all the new recipes in the book.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SELL YOU THERE CHEEP PRODUCTS THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THEY MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE RUDE THEY MAKE YOU AS A CUSTOMER FEEL WORTHLESS PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE
Easy to order and quick delivery however I am in Adelaide and would love to have the option to pick up instead of paying $10 delivery especially when ordering from Leah & YP and having to pay $10 each time :-)
Great product worth the price and fast delivery
Love the drink bottle, loves the straw/mouth piece, colouring of bottles and the fact it keeps my water cool. Sad the bottle doesn't fit in my Mazda cup holder though! This is my third purchase of bottle with straw. Love the straw bottle over the screw top. Have 2 screw top bottles as well and yes they do fit in my cupholders. Sadly mould seems to form easier in the screw top lid in high humidity in QLD over the other straw bottles.
I would give zero stars if I could. I am trying to exchange my print and you cannot speak to anyone. It's email only. It's been less than 30 days and it's impossible to get any good customer service..at this point I'm stuck I will not ship back without a confirmation but they will not answer my emails

I love BARE Lean and have consistently had great results by following the guides, however, I have a massive issue with how it's marketed. BARE Lean is advertised as an individually tailored guide for weight loss and it's just not - it's a PDF that pre populates portion sizes based on your height and weight alone by categorising you into one of their select few colour coded master copies. There is nothing 'tailored' about it at all, it is literally just a cookbook and don't let Leah tell you otherwise. If it was 'individually tailored' you'd be able to say 'I don't eat fish' or 'I train 5 times per week' and have that factored into your plan. If it was 'individually tailored' then the portion sizes would be completely unique to you but they're not, they're just tailored to a generic (and generous) weight range (eg. all people weighing 60kg to 70kg get the same guide regardless of goals). Leah justifies the price of the guide as less than the price of one dietician appointment, but how is that a fair comparison when it's 5x the price of an average cookbook and that's really all you're buying. So, for the insanely high price of $150, be warned that you are NOT getting a customised product at all. I love the recipes in BARE Lean myself but Leah clearly doesn't as I can't remember the last time I saw her cook or eat a BARE Lean (or even BARE) meal herself. Also, BARE Lean 2.0 is so user unfriendly (no back to top button) and littered with typos which make it incredibly hard to enjoy. Just feels like it was released way too quickly as a pure money grab with no care for the consumer who's paying a small fortune. I feel this whole product and brand is a scam, but I'm one of the lucky ones that it seems to have worked for. Bottom line, don't waste the money, it's a PDF guide with no support and no unique selling point. You have to be incredibly self disciplined to get anything out of it, and both the format and creator are incredibly unmotivating.
The staff was really helpful even though the reply came a little late.
it would be great if this come in a book or an app!
The recipes were disappointing and only one I actually liked. Iâm disappointed as this plan was hyped up with tonnes of variety but I feel it doesnât suit my needs.
The recipes are delicious but I gained weight rapidly (8kg) instead of losing. Despite sticking to the guide and batch cooking according to each recipe's quantity. Subsequently saw Leah say not every ingredient should be increased when batch cooking â how are we supposed to know this when it's not stated in each pdf and we're told that each ingredient is calculated per our goal, current weight and activity level? I'd also expect an intuitive app for the price I paid, not a PDF.
exceeded all expectations, quick and easy recipes that taste great. The additional information is so useful and applicable to overall health journey.
