LEAP Academy has been a game-changer in my journey to become a personal trainer. Their online platform is not only convenient but also incredibly comprehensive. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to become a personal trainer.

I have just completed Leap's L3 PT strength and conditioning specialist course, and it has far exceeded my expectations. The enrolment process was hassle-free, thanks to the helpful and friendly assistance from Carl Edwards. The content was comprehensive, and the learning portal was user friendly making navigation a breeze! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to further their PT knowledge!

Carl Edwards has been such an amazing help. He’s gone above and beyond in getting me the best deal. Plus making sure I was happy with everything before we preceded.

Amazing tutor (Richard) who sorted me out with everything and was incredibly helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more from him.

Carl Edwards (sales) was also just genuenly a lovely and very helpful fella who made enrolling into the course super easy and stress free.

The company clearly stated a ‘no more than 30 days’ refund policy. It’s been over 30 days with no refund and I’ve chased it twice prior to writing this review. I’ve called this morning and am still having to wait for this to be chased. Utterly frustrating and sad that a company is unable to adhere to its promises to people. Totally bad look for a company with typically good reviews. Based on this, I would not recommend this company at all.

Update: upon their below reply I would like to clarify that I had to contact the leap academy on 4 separate occasions to get my refund processed. So in response to theirs below comment of my issue being resolved upon contacting them, it wasn’t… until the Fourth time and that person decided to raise to the head of finance who then initiated the refund. Do better guys!

I've received quick response, all my questions were answered over the phone, I've enrolled onto the fitness course the next day. The course is a good value for money. I spoke with Carl Edwards and he was very helpful and friendly, helped me to set up my online learning and I was able to start the course after my enrolment, no waiting time, no delays.

Thank you to Sarah for helping with any problems I had during my first exam sitting, it was great to have someone to guide and reassure me!

Really impressed and could not rate the course enough.

I just finished my first unit of my Level 3 Diploma for PT and I am absolutely loving it. The course material is very complete, and the learning portal is pretty intuitive. I am very pumped about becoming a PT and Im so glad I chose Leap Academy...I get to set my own deadlines and that just motivates me to be even more disciplined. 100% recommend!

I have only just started my course, but I can already say the materials are great, the content is very interesting and when I asked a question I got a really helpful response within four hours! Remarkable!!

I'm only two modules in my PT course but the contents are great. There is a lot of support avaiable from Leap Academy Team as well as other students (in a Facebook group). I have been struggling with passing the exam from the 2nd unit and the team has been providing me with many resources that could help me with understaning the module better!

I cannot begin to explain the time, patience and dedication the team at leap academy have provided whilst I have been studying! I’ve felt supported and well received when I have needed quick assistance ! I’ve not felt pressured when I’ve had to take a step back from learning due to other commitments ! But being part of the social network has aspired and motivated me to get back to work when I’ve needed the push ! I would highly recommend leap academy to anyone who is wanting to upskill themselves or invest in a new career ! I’m going into 2023 with greater knowledge but also self acknowledgement that I can do this and I’ll have the right support with me all the way #goteamleap

After beginning my personal training qualification with another provider and having a horrible experience, I was skeptical at trying another. I'm very glad I did. LEAP is nothing like the other provider, its clear, inclusive, interactive and all round brilliant. And to top this all off, when you send an email to ask a question, you actually get a helpful informative response in a good time frame. I'm very pleased to have decided to try again with LEAP and cannot wait to finish the rest of my course!

LOVE with this Nutrition course! Why? Because I’ve learnt so much and I’m able to use it not only for work but every day life too. There are loads of different ways to learn on the platform wether that be video, a quiz, notes, pop ups, images, etc etc. I’m also a big fan of how flexible it is because my life is so busy, so being able to change a deadline whenever I like is super helpful

I have loved every minute of my course, it's been so fun and informative from the beginning. I cannot wait for my future in the industry and know that Leap Academy has set me up to achieve anything I want. The learning platform is simple yet detailed. Highly recommend!!

I’m currently doing my level 2 and level 3 gym instructing and personal training course with leap academy with the plan of becoming an online coach once I’ve finished. I’ve found the course to be extremely informative, easy to follow with YouTube videos throughout explaining parts of the course in a more simple format and clear diagrams. I work full-time so being able to do the course at my own pace from the comfort of my own home is amazing as it allows me to work on my own personal goals with no time restrictions or pressures. I couldn’t recommend enough doing a course with leap academy, they are super supportive with the opportunity to take part in online learning classes to further learning or ask for help if needed.
