We started in 2021 when they were job progress. The cost has doubled and has turned into a cash crab at every turn. There are better products out there for what they now charge.

We signed up for this CRM expecting a modern, efficient system, but unfortunately, it has been the opposite. The platform is not intuitive, and many basic functions require excessive manual work that should be automated in any competent CRM. It feels outdated and unnecessarily complicated, which has made it more of a burden than a solution for our business. To make matters worse, when we decided to cancel, we were informed that we would still be charged for two additional months. This is extremely disappointing, especially given that their system did not meet expectations and we haven't even been using it. Policies like this make it feel like the company prioritizes locking customers in over delivering a product that customers actually want to stay with. We had high hopes, but this experience has been frustrating and a waste of time and money.

They keep charging me over and over after I've requested them to stop.

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Not only can you cancel your subscription online but you have to utilize their chat feature which never leads to receiving the email that it promises. The only way I was able to cancel my subscription was through the invoice email that I received and even with that I was told that they were going to continue to charge for another month. Since that conversation, I have been charged 3 additional times. First conversation was in December. Finally, I got a message that they cancelled my subscription after charging me another month for march.

We've been using Leap Digital for a few years now. Our sales are up. Our leads flow is incredible and our relationship with them is excellent.

The team at Leap Digital have transformed our Distribution business for Fotona lasers in the UK and Ireland. They developed a completely new website for us as we rebranded our business and the speed and accuracy at which they did this was phenomenal - and I am a perfectionist!
The lead generation from their SEO work and Google Ads has given us more lead generation than we have ever previously had with high quality leads that are genuinely interested in purchasing a high performance multi platform laser device, so it is quality and quantity rather than just quantity.
They have also taken on our social media which has transformed our communications via social networks with professionalism and care.

The support does not stop there, as a team they are continually analysing the lead generation and support so that we continually hone both their and our processes to optimise our outcomes. For them to achieve this they have taken the time to learn more about our business as a whole which has been great to see.

The whole team is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and are always on hand, be it early in the morning or late in the evening which has helped us enormously as we are often busy in the day. The team at Leap Digital have been incredibly efficient in their work with us. They are generating a significant number of new leads week on week for the clinic which has been fantastic for our business and is critical for our ongoing success.

The entire team that we work with are helpful, friendly and very informative in a subject that our company has little knowledge - Max always takes the time to explain things fully, patiently and, most importantly, comprehensively. They always provide updates and progress reports which helps us keep track of the service that they are providing us. I have used many digital agencies over the years. Some okay to good but most are full of bull. Leap are the one exception. Max and the team are A1 and now run all 4 of my companies’ digital platforms. No one will ever touch them.
