The most important things for me with Lear was the simplicity and trust that comes through. This is the second transaction for me, and I do feel good knowing that I have something of value to leave my children. I feel good knowing that a portion of my money is not going to disappear on a whim from the government.

Josh, is the person I have been dealing with and he has offered excellent advice to make my investment grow.

Great customer service.They always try to look for a good deal.And try to find the best deal for the bang for your buck on precious metal.I'm very happy with my broker, luke he is very good!!!!

What made it memorable you ask? Darius Steele is the answer. I have been in sales all my life (Yachts in my case) and I learned early on that once the information is passed to the client the humanity comes next. Darius is human, fun and interesting to talk with and I always look forward to his cheery "Hello Bish" when I call.

Lear capital is a hack precious metal dealer, I bought a large amount of silver coin in 2021. They won't even answer my calls. They won't buy it back. When I bought it they said they would buy it back. I will be calling the BBB to report this and attorney General on the rip off practices. I hope they don't rip you off if you even get to read the Armando Lee, Frank Perino and Bradford Cay are schiesters who rip you off!

I cannot believe their own vetting as a Company.
They have a Vile Public Jew Hating piece of Garbage as their Spokesperson. That is all I need to know about Lear Capital....Stay away from this Garbage-let them Keep Judge Napolitano and his Racist Opinions

My confidence in Lear was borne out by the way they handled my purchased of a 10 oz silver bar. It was timely and professional.

It was a little confusing. Not used to sending a check to invest. I usually use bank transfer.

I had a question about my Gold IRA that was set up with another company and I got all my questions answered and felt so comfortable that I had switched my administrative company of my IRA to Lear Capital. They also helped me purchase physical gold/silver.

Dana Frankfort is very knowledgeable in the precious metals market and has been extremely helpful helping me and my boyfriend get into the market. Conner Maher is also great at his job and it has been a pleasure working with them.

The representative I worked with was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the market and the purchase options in a manner I could understand. He made great suggestions on what to buy and in what denominations. My purchases arrived promptly and in awesome condition. My rep. followed up with me at every stage. I was happy with my experience.

I was charged a 35%+ commission fee on the purchase of gold coins. I paid $25,375 for 14 Arctic Fox .25 ounce coins BU which can be purchased online for an average of $1,260 (no fees, free shipping) . The total commission was $7,028 which was hidden in the price per coin at $1,812.54 ea. I am currently working with with my state attorney general's office to pursue a full refund which Lear is refusing to do. Search Lear Capital hidden commission lawsuits and settlements---there are many! Also Lear Capital is featured prominently in the new Tucker Carlson gold scam video.

Thank you Lear for reminding me about my Silver coins purchased last year and the fact I "was" satisfied...I have just gone back and reviewed that $5005 purchase and now see that I paid a 68% premium over the market value of (60) 1.5 oz Silver Theodore Roosevelt-Mt. Rushmore coins at that time (March 5, 2025) Because they have a "perceived" collectors value it is difficult to place a true value other than the spot value of silver at that time. Spot on March 5, 2025 was $32-$34 making them a metal value of $2,970 and a melt value of $2,035. The "dealer created" collectors value is a limited resale market and has no recognized bullion standard and will likely never increase in value other than the metal weight. The price I paid is NOT a fair price according to bullion standards and have no value other than the melt value. The 68% premium/commission I paid will likely never be recovered. Because I paid $55.61/oz for silver worth ~$33/oz at the time, it looks like I was also defrauded out of $2,970 in addition to the $7, 028 on my gold purchase. But I'm sure you have an explanation for that also. The only thing that saves me from my stupidity is that silver has unexpectedly exploded in value. However, a 68% premium is atrocious and frowned on by regulators regardless of outcome. I will be adding this to my current complaint to my State attorney general.

Lear Capital Representative Darius Steele, is a very helpful, understanding and honest person.
Most people who call me about buying gold or silver are so high pressure, and don't want to hear what you have to say, only wants to keep high pressure sales pitch on you.
That is not the case with Darius. No way is he high pressure.
