Tanvi, the Account Manager, who handled the Onboarding Session, made everything easier for me to understand how Learn2Care works, from adding new users to creating a new learning path.

I recently started using Learn2Care, so I’m still getting familiar with the platform, but my experience so far has been very positive. The platform is fairly simple and intuitive to use, while still being comprehensive enough to meet a wide range of training needs.

One of the things I appreciate most is that Learn2Care includes the mandatory training required by the state, along with a wide variety of additional learning courses. I also really like the flexibility to create customized courses and learning content fairly easily, which is especially valuable for building training around the specific needs of our organization.

Whenever I’ve had a question or gotten stuck, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. In particular, Tanvi has been an absolute delight to work with. She is patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand how to use the platform effectively.

While I’m still early in my experience with Learn2Care, I’m very pleased with what I’ve seen so far and look forward to continuing to use the platform as our training needs grow.

Learn2Care onboarding was very easy and fast. Our onboarding specialist Nehal went through the platform seamlessly. All of our caregivers were imported and ready to begin using the system when we met for our training call. We are excited to start using it to train our caregivers. It is very simple to use and has hundreds of great modules!

My experience with Learn2Care was overall positive. The platform made it convenient for caregivers to complete required training online and work at their own pace. The courses were organized and provided useful information for their job responsibilities. I also found it helpful for keeping track of training requirements. At times, navigating the system and managing employee accounts could be somewhat confusing, but overall it was a useful training resource for our team.

Learn2care has an excellent array of videos. We are a small (30 caretakers) and they found the site to be easy to understand and liked the videos. Learn2care support has been willing to work with me through some of the bugs I found - fixing them as I reported them.

The customer Service is top-notch! From the sales department to our training and onboarding was great. The whole team made Learn2care very straightforward. Easy to learn. Learn2care is a must for any Home Care Agency.

Learn2Care provides excellent training classes with clear, engaging, and practical content. The flexibility to learn at my own pace and at times that suited my schedule made the experience even better. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop their staff's skills and knowledge

Creating the learning path with what learn to care has for homecare is hard. The information is geared toward healthcare, which can make training in a home care setting challenging. I would like to be able to copy and paste info geared more toward home care and still use what learn to care has. It is a great to have all the trainings located in one place, and support from L2C with questions I have are answered promptly and efficiently
