We packed a lot of material into four days. However, the learning styles varied from lectures, to discussion, to hands on, keeping us balanced and engaged.

This class was extremely in depth and hands on. We were lucky enough to be a group of 3 (all from the company) goign through this course together. We learned an incredible amount in this class and feel confident we can then apply this in our workplaces. Clyde was a fantastic instructor and was able to give real life examples as he had experience in similar industries as us. I would recommend this to any engineer or manufacturing professional to gain the skills necessary to achieve a lean and six sigma workplace. I will be referring this course to my fellow colleagues and I think we will have future classes. I f at all possible, I would like to see Clyde teach them as well. Thank you!

My instructor, Stephen Mercer, not only presented the course work, but went above and beyond to provide supplemental materials, template sheets, and tools that provided a better context for the standard materials. Enjoyed the course, especially the small size. It added to the experience, and there was a lot of interaction, and discussion, Victor was a great instructor, and clearly had a lot of knowledge round ITIL foundation, both v3 and v4, and ITIL DPI.
Only disappointed I did not get my own soft copy ITIL DPI Book.

Stephen Mercer ran a very comprehensive and concise course for Learners Ink.
He was extremely knowledgeable on the course syllabus and presented it in an easy to follow fashion.
I would recommend this course and Stephen as the instructor to anyone.

The training we received from Stephen was great! He was able to answer a multitude of questions whether related to technical terms or real world examples. I came away from the training feeling like I had learned quite a lot and I'm confident I know what it will take to pass the exam.

It was an amazing experience and I will hope we can all stay in touch with each other. Mike was very thorough and went above and beyond with the materials we covered. Thank you and I am looking forward to my new career as a PMP!

Mike has been so incredible at adapting the slides to relevant to the learners situations. He was able to allow for Bothe learning and also application appropriate examples for the learners to take away and use right away. I feel that I am ready to write the PMP exam, and also understand some of the changes that are going down the pike in the PMP world with PMBOK 7. I am excited to be able to use this training in my career.

Farha Tehseen was a fantastic presenter. She was not only very on point and focussed - all the time, but also kind, helpful, funny and very human. She supplemented the academic learning with personal experiences, and encouraged interactive communication which was very helpful. PMP Exam training course was delivered over a span of 4 days. I must say being a weekend, not a single moment felt a waste of time. The course material provided before hand and during the 4 days was awesome to the mark and summarized the whole 1200 pages PMBOK book into quite a manageable task. We had Farha T as our instructor and her knowledge and experience was phenomenal. She eased us into the 4 day course and the ease with what we were taught I feel we were ready to revise her teachings and pass the exam. Thank again Learners Ink and Farha for all your time and efforts.

I just completed my training to prepare for the PMP exam and was really pleased with the course. The fact the course was one on one and the quality of the training materials provided exceeded my expectations. Farha is an excellent trainer, very patient and flexible, I could ask questions, take breaks as needed and even attend to some urgent matters at work. Now I am studying the materials to prepare for the exam and Farha's continued support until the exam is a big plus! Really pleased.

My name is Harikishore. I am currently working as a Director in Supply Chain and Engineering in Chicago. I work on various projects and most of the project management that was learning on the go for me. I wanted to learn the concepts of Project Management in a structured way also I wanted to get my PMP certification.

I have taken the training for PMP through Learners Ink, LLC. The training was for 4 days and it was intense. The trainer was very knowledgable in the field and made sure that we had grasped all the concepts well. On the last day, we had a mock test which was very similar to the actual exam.

The training helped me with understanding the concepts better and also prepared me for the test in a much short period. I was able to clear the PMP exam in 2 weeks after I went through the training.

I would definitely recommend this training program to anyone who is taking the PMP exam or who wants to sharpen their knowledge and become a better Project/Program Manager.
