I just completed the rapid induction training for the 2nd time. The 1st time was truly awesome and i realised a childhood dream - i learn how to hynotise people!!! BUT the 2nd time was just incredible because this time i focused on being the subject - i ve never been a good subject but with a bit of focus i finally got to experience what all the fuss is about!! And having a better understanding of being the subject has made me a much better hypnotist - Do the course once if you've never done it BUT DO it again as theres so much more to benefit from. Recently attended Rory's rapid induction class in Southampton and would totally recommend his course. Great vibes, relaxed and I learnt so much. Rory made the class fun, inclusive of all, covered many variations of suggestibility/induction styles. I left at the end of the day feeling like a goddess with spirals flowing from my fingers (well not quite) but certainly with a smile on my face and confident that I could go out there and hypnotise. A great day learning Rapid Induction techniques with Rory. Lots of interactive practice time and clear (amusing) explanations and demonstrations. As a hypnotherapist it's always useful to add to the toolkit and to experience varied approaches. Highly recommend.

Did a day course on rapid inductions and learnt a lot! Group was quite small, which made it easy to focus and Rory's instruction, which was quite humourous at times, was on point.

I had a terrific experience ! Rory is really a skilled, generous and humble guy.
We had ton of fun and practice during the formation. Whether you're new to hypnosis or a skilled hypnotist, you'll definitely learn something worth. So go ahead, have the experience and... SLEEP!

In depth:
I've always had an interest in hypnosis since I was a kid and saw Paul McKenna on TV, and have been particularly intrigued by the rapid induction techniques I've seen used by stage and street hypnotists since. I've never had any training or read any books on how to do any kind of hypnosis, so I figured the two-day stage and street hypnosis course event hosted by Rory would give me some insight into how it all worked. And boy did it do that!

The first thing that impressed me was the range of people in attendance. From absolute novices like myself, to professional hypnotherapists who have many years of experience and study under their belts. The class even attracted international participants and people who had attended previous sessions with Rory. This immediately gave me confidence that I had stumbled onto a good thing.

Despite the range of abilities, Rory was able to deliver a huge amount of information effectively; it was clear, simple language throughout, void of BS labels/marketing terms. But best of all was the huge amount of time given to practice the techniques on each other. Rory was always on hand to give advice and the feedback I received from the other participants - particularly those with years of experience - helped massively in my understanding too. This was where I felt the course was worth every penny and more; if I had just read a book or watched a DVD and went up to someone and said "Hey, I've just read about hypnosis, can I try it on you?" I would expect to have to ask hundreds of people before I got a tentative yes, and I probably wouldn't have the confidence to even suggest it given that it almost certainly wouldn't have worked unless the volunteer had a lot of faith in my obviously limited knowledge. Yet on the course, I had 22 people who were more than happy to allow me to attempt my first inductions on them. I now have the confidence to just say to someone "Let's have some fun with hypnosis!" rather than "Do you mind if I try and practise some hypnosis on you?". Yes, as a complete novice, it will obviously take a lot of post-course hands on practise to become anywhere near proficient with the skills learnt, but I can approach that side of things with the right attitude now.

Rory also has books and DVDs available based on the course which I happily purchased so I can re-enforce the in-person training and remind myself of some of the finer details - as I said at the beginning, this course covers a LOT, especially for an absolute beginner. On top of that, it was also simply great fun and so relaxing to be hypnotised!

The whole weekend was quite simply brilliant. I met some amazing and really interesting people, learnt a whole new bunch of skills which I feel comfortable building upon, got a lot of constructive feedback and a whole load of material to help aide my future learning and progress. I'm already looking forward to another couple of days on a future Rory Z Hypnosis Academy course! I found it to be great value for what I got out of it - I really can't recommend it enough!

Rory is such a great trainer and his special guest James Brown helped make the weekend even better.
Would seriously recommend to anyone who wants to learn this stuff.

Rory is funny, articulate and knowledgable. I'm not used to being in a class environment but he kept me fully engaged throughout the 2 day course.

Just completed a 2 day stage hypnosis course. Rory is a great teacher. Loads of demos and opportunities to ask questions/recap. All delivered with humour and skill. A great way to learn stage hypnosis.

Rapid Induction 1-Day Course. This was a very informative and practical course. Great group of people and Rory generates a very positive and can-do atmosphere. Well worth doing if he ever offers this in your area - I believe he offers this in various areas all over the UK.

I attended Rory’s rapid induction course in Bristol on 10/06/23 after reading his book on the subject.

The book itself is highly descriptive and as wonderfully informal as it is informative. I spied that he was running a class near me shortly after that purchase and did not hesitate in signing up. I am very glad I did.

As someone soon to embark on a hypnotherapy course, Rory’s experience, down to earth teaching style and well paced training gave me a valuable foundation in this very useful set of skills. It is heavily weighted towards practice of the techniques with just the right amount of theory to ensure safe and ethical practice.

It is a credit to him that the class that day was filled with returning students as well as experienced, practicing hypnotherapists.

Rory seems to genuinely want to champion quality education around hypnosis and the aftercare he offers those who attend is a testament to that.

Downloaded the Deep Hypnosis recording recently and it’s been amazing, I have found it to be very helpful for quality sleep and relaxation. Thank you Rory.
I’ve just downloaded the self hypnosis recording too so am looking forward to immersing myself in this too.

What a fantastic week. If your thinking about it... Just do it!! Five days of amazing learning from Rapid Inductions to deepening techniques to therapy training. You will come away with new language skills to use day to day, you will also be well underway with many hypnosis skills to use immediately and to build on.

Amazing day, with the perfect mix of theory and practical! Some great hints and tips and advice. Recommend to anyone wanting to learn rapid induction techniques.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rory Z's street /stage hypnosis workshop weekend. It was fully packed, and well explained, and got to understand and practiced even further on rapid induction, the know-how I have gained has given me more confidence in rapid hypnosis that will forward my career as a hypnotherapist. A chance to meet others both beginners and experienced were valuable (and it's so much better than learning online) all of who were passionate about this skill.

Really great hypnotist watched all his youtube amazing person haven't met him in person but would really love to but sadly I live in herne bay Kent wonder if he will fly over thanks Rory also great 1 to 1 session online

Excellent two day course from Rory and Sarah. As an absolute beginner it was great as it started with the basics and then built on that though many on the course were experienced and found the teaching and practice really helpful

Truly amazing experience to learn those new Hypnotic skills.Lot of practise and so much fun. I felt sooo relaxed too after all this hypnosis!Rory explains things very well in an easy way to understand. Love the 2 day courses and will recommend it!

I have attended Rory’s training in Rapid Inductions, Stage Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, own some of his videos and read his books on these subjects.

Apart from thoroughly enjoying his training style I put him in the same bracket as other great hypnosis leaders I’ve studied such as the Jacquins, Mandel, Linett and Ledochowski. I found his training to give his students great confidence and solid techniques that will greatly improve your hypnosis and parts of your life too. It certainly made a difference to my own communication skills in general.
