I completed the Black Lean Six Sigma course. Having already achieved Green status the option of virtual learning worked well for me however if I had not completed green previously I may have found the content hard to follow.
Overall the content is good however the analysis section was tough and for me a little too much.
A lot of affirming and adding to my own knowledge and gave some great alternative examples and options to utilise going forward.
I would recommend the Black course but only if you already have sound knowledge at green level.

Thorough and very detailed tuition in Lean Six Sigma. Covers everything from background, principle, processes, to the delivery and softer skills needed to facilitate and deliver a Lean Six Sigma project.

Great course with really relevant and understandable content.

Some info / sections seem to be unnecessarily repeated at times, but otherwise a great course

I had taken the lean six sigma black belt accreditation course after many years as a consultant delivering these methods. The reason I wanted to undertake this course was specifically for the accreditation for my CV.

Firstly I really enjoyed that you could complete the course at your own pace, complete tasks to apply your knowledge and it is by far cheaper than many other training providers.

However, the materials and presentation are extremely old and uninspiring. I am lucky I have years of experience in this area applying to clients real life scenarios but for those who have no or limited experience I am not sure if this course is for them. I think this course could be way more interactive, by having a quiz at the end of each section, more animations and interesting slides.

Great training, very clear, useful minitab examples. It does not require minitab but it would be better to practices with it during the training.
You can join the online training when you want, the attempts for the final test are unlimited.

Very good course with everything you need to competently run a six sigma project. Only criticism would be the slides miss off part of the info at times.

I took the Black Belt course. It is quick and comprehensive. I like how I can learn with my own pace, sitting in my home going through it with snacks and drinks nearby, just like Netflix & Chill. It can be done in 3-4 days full time.

I gave it a 4* because there is definitely room for improvement. For some topics, the menu didn't work so I couldn't jump to the slide that I want. The volume of the presenters were a bit fluctuating between topics, sometimes there are some noises and interference in the recording. The circles & arrows indicating the key points were shifted in some slides which confused me for a bit. Some sentences were shifted or chopped off by the boundary.

It's not a big deal, just took a bit more effort and brain juice to figure out the messages. But if all of these problems are gone, I would consider it a perfect course and give it a 5*.

Great content in slides, valuable introduction into LSS methods and slides happily cover all content. Personally managed to cover all of this content in around 11 hours, although I have been practising a lot of these methods at work so skipped through one or two sections. Agree with comments about slides, had no technical difficulty but would have been nice to get consistency throughout, and would be great to be able to download the slide shows to my computer for future reference.

Excellent training to do at your own pace, however it would have been nice to have had a badge to use (even if it cost a little more).

Good course and content, I have been using many of the tools in my day to day job however never had a formal training.
Agree with some comments regards the slides quality, different font per slides, small text or some text follow under the time bar so you cannot read clearly but if you take your time and pay attention you will get your money worth.
On another note there was a few missing files from download ZIP folder but received them all after dropping an email to the IT team.

Got so bored by the presentation .

Also having to click next instead of having an option to just let it free flow i found extremely annoying

I'm more than happy with the course provided. The ability to study at your own pace and achieve certification was exactly what I was looking for. The unlimited access to the learning material after completion will be a great asset in my continued development.

Quality of material high. The ability to complete it in your own time is perfect.

The content is good, but the presentation of it could use an update. A lot of white slides with bullet points. No visual effects to illustrate. Audio is not very good.

After being called by a company representative, we discussed my issues and resolved the situation.

He was very friendly and we discussed their course in detail. My original complaint was the age of the course 10 - 15 years old which made the delivery very boring and uninspiring. I was told that they are not all like this and they are currently updating older courses. I was also assured the course accreditation is real - which I originally doubted.

At the time of writing, I would not personally take another course without evidence that it meets my personal requirements and expectations. This is a cheaper course than others on the market and that is due to lack of professional support; which is fine and will suit many.

In summery: If the content and delivery or their courses are brought inline with other online educational platforms then I may use them again.

Bought 3 courses from group on (yellow green and black belts) all were great and I learned a lot from them. It would have been good to have some support or tutor access but at the price I paid it's fine. As I am in Australia and they are in the UK there was a slight delay in emails being responded too.

Fantastic! Would highly recommend this course. Content is detailed yet easy to follow and well presented. The online area is very user friendly and easy to jump in and out of! Big thumbs up!!
