The process, from finding the car I wanted to it being delivered to me, was just over a week- a really quick and impressive timeline.
The communication from the personable sales advisor and the finance team was timely, answering any queries and keeping me informed every step of the way.

Leasing my new car through Lease Car Direct was a genuinely positive experience.
From the first inquiry to the day the keys were handed over, everything felt easy and well-organized. Atul who dealt with my application was friendly, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need.

The online application was clear and transparent, with all costs, terms, and mileage allowances laid out in plain language. I really valued the regular progress updates, which kept me informed without me having to chase for information.

When the car arrived, it was spotless and exactly as described. The delivery driver even took the time to walk me through the features before leaving. Since then, their follow-up support has been excellent, making me feel like more than just another customer.

This is one of many cars I have leased from Lease Car Direct, and having dealt with them for many years, I can safely say I will never go anywhere else. They are always incredibly quick, highly responsive, and brilliant at getting deals over the line.This particular transaction was a bit unusual for me as it was an "in-stock" deal, and the speed from application to delivery was absolutely mind-blowing. The paperwork was ready within hours of my initial request, the finance was fully processed in 72 hours, and the car was delivered to my door in just 10 days.Harj was, as usual, exceptional, highly communicative, and thoroughly professional throughout. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered my new car in April & took delivery in June. Hard was brilliant throughout the whole process, keeping me updated every step of the way with excellent communication & incredibly fast responses to any question I had.

The deal was genuinely unbeatable, and the service definitely exceeded my expectations. They even held the car for a few weeks to fit around the end of my previous lease, which made the whole handover completely stress-free.

Organised personal registration and a full tank of fuel. Could not recommend highly enough. Best I have ever dealt with and have purchased a lot of vehicles. Would give 10 star rating if possible.
