Excellent Communication and fast delivery, Thanks a Lot

Reasonable time frame for delivery, I also prefer to spend my money closer to home.

The product was not available and the customer service was excellent. They rang and left a message when I missed the calls.

Shipped order fast, yet to get the package from the courier but happy with how quickly my order was processed and shipped

excellent customer service, great advice, prompt delivery and well made product, exactly as described! Awesome!

Ordered via website. Simple to use and easy transaction. Jacket is awesome. A+

My son lost his wallet, and he was only sad about the one I bought from Leather Direct at Christmas! Being a soft touch for that kid, I ordered another one and surprised him a few days later. Excellent product quality and quick delivery that brought a smile to someone's face.

The belt I ordered has a different buckle to the one that I received, although the leather is good quality.

The jacket was perfect with the lovely smell of real leather and very well made. It arrived the next day, and we live rural and north of Auckland. Absolutely rapped. Thankyou.
