It’s lovely to hear that the ordering process felt smooth from your side. We try to keep things personal and human here, so it's good to know that came through.

And the little coin purse? That's just our way of saying thanks -- saving waste -- investing a little of our time to make something useful from the offcuts we have -- plus some bags seem to like travelling with a friend. 😊

Most of all, I hope the satchel becomes a real companion on your daughter’s adventures through life -- something she’ll carry with her for years, not just to hold things, but to hold memories.
