We’ve reviewed this comment carefully and, once again, are unable to locate any matching order in our system based on the information provided. We therefore kindly ask the reviewer to contact us directly from the email address used at checkout, including an order number, so we can investigate this properly.
We do not sell or ship “cheap” or unbranded products. Our shoes are made using genuine leather and go through quality checks before dispatch. If any customer receives an item they believe does not meet expectations, we always offer support in line with our return and refund policy.
Our support email is active and monitored daily. We have not recorded unresolved bouncebacks from our system, and we encourage customers to reply directly to their order confirmation email or use the contact form on our website so we can assist without delay.
We welcome genuine feedback and are always willing to resolve issues, but we can only do so when an actual order and customer details are provided.
