Rollups are underestimated here!
LMA has given me full control of my inboxes by using the „screener“ feature.
I have 0 Spam and keep an efficient eye on all my subscriptions within the Rollups - anyone writing that the tool „did its job“ by mass unsubscribing from emails during the free test phase are missing out of the most valuable feature - Rollups!

I have saved so much time, stress, and money
I have saved so much time, money, and stress with this product. Even in a time when I had a technical issue, I sent an email to their customer service and (gasp) got a reply by a real person with a tip that actually worked. I didn't realize that was still an option for customers in 2025. WELL worth the $16/mo for premium (just cancelled my prime instead to save myself even more money and break up with Amazon). Could not recommend more. I am no longer bombarded by several emails a minute I didn't sign up for. This is a godsend product.

I've tried numerous methods to cancel subscriptions, but this app is by far the easiest, quickest, and most straightforward way to handle it.

Served the purpose boys, I'm happy with this one
Brought the subscription on 1st Jan to kick off my "organized life" from this New Year.
Added 7 email IDs to LeaveMeAlone. And procrastinated. Didn't use for the past 29 days.
Now its 31st Jan and the subscription ends tomorrow. Logged in, rescanned emails, started unsubscribing, and breezed past the whole 520+ Email senders in 2 hours (with breaks).
Phew! Was a great experience. One of the best 800 Rupees (~12$) ever spent.
I'll not be renewing because my purpose has been served but I do see myself coming back to them in like 3-4 months again.

OMG this is a lifesaver tool. I've had way too many junk emails pile up over the last 15 years and I can't let go of my middle school Gmail account - if it wasn't for LeaveMeAlone i'd be manually unsubscribing from marketing emails for the rest of my life. Thanks so much LMA!!!

LMA is the easiest way to keep your inbox useful!
I came across Leave Me Alone from Setapp and am IN LOVE with this app. I mainly use Microsoft for work and personal email, and its spam filtering leaves A LOT to be desired. Beyond that, as time goes on I just accumulate more and more digital junk in my mailboxes.
LMA gives an awesome interface to classify and "do something" with all the digital debris flowing in every day. I love having a "Roll Up" of just business vendors trying to sell me crap, another of all the crappy newsletters magazines send me that "maybe I wanna look at, maybe I don't."
The app works well, and when questions arise - their team is at the ready to answer and help!

Got rid of 1000s of emails
Got to say, Leave Me Alone changed my way I approch managing my inbox.
I could get rid of thousands of unread newsletter and limit my daily flow in just minutes.
Their inbox shield is also very effective

Not worth it in my case
As soon as you stopped their service (7 days pass), my inbox became the same as it was before. Even when I had full access to their service, I saw little benefit. You have to spend time constantly checking and re-checking which email to be filtered and which one to stay. To me, the manual unsubscribing to all hundreds of emails is less time-consuming.

It sounds/looks as though you might not have fully completed the unsubscribe process for some of the subscriptions. We follow the unsubscribe method provided by senders, so when you're unsubscribed via Leave Me Alone, it directly removes you from the senders mailing list. But sometimes we encounter something like a sign-in page, or compulsory feedback form, which we can't complete on your behalf so we flag the request as needing your attention and you can complete the required steps in-app, I think you might've missed this.
Anyways, little we can do to help now, it's a shame we didn't get the opportunity to assist you whilst you still had an active plan, that said, it's clear we've disappointed here and I'm sorry for that. As a gesture of goodwill, I've gone ahead and refunded your 7-day pass. If you fancy giving us another whirl in the future, drop us an email beforehand and we'll make sure you're best setup for success. You can reach us at: support@leavemealone.com

It works okay about 60% of the time...
It works okay, but in hindsight I wouldn't spend the money on this owing to the amount of emails this does not fully work on (you'll have to manually unsubscribe) and also a lot of emails that weren't picked up on the system.
I'd recommend deleting everything and just unsubscribing yourself as they come in.

I can see you left this review a little while ago. We weren’t actively monitoring our Trustpilot at the time, but we’re here now and I figured it’d still be worthwhile dropping in, after all, we really appreciate your feedback!
For context, on occasion an unsubscribe may require additional steps and unfortunately this is unavoidable. This happens in instances where a sender’s unsubscribe page/process may (rather annoyingly and against industry guidelines) ask you to sign in, or confirm certain details before allowing you to unsubscribe. At the time you left your review, when this happened we’d say the unsubscribe had “failed”, when in fact we just needed you to complete some extra steps (as required by the sender). This wasn’t very clear however, and we’ve since changed the wording and made it simpler to complete any additional steps from within our app. - FYI: On our subscription plans, we also have a feature to block any (unlikely but occasional) emails from (dodgy) unsubscribed senders, and this would subsequently remove the need to complete any extra steps.
I hear what you’re saying in recommending that people unsubscribe themselves, however I (of course 👀) disagree… in the generally rare instances that you have to complete extra steps, it is equally as long as doing it yourself, but in the vast majority of cases where we’re able to unsubscribe you in one click, it’s much easier and far less frustrating. In addition, we have a tonne of other features that can help you manage you’re inbox that just aren’t possible otherwise, like an array of automatic blocklists (part of Inbox Shield), grouping newsletters (Rollups), and more!
All that said, I get that we didn’t meet your expectations here, and for that I can only apologise.
