The order came quickly and was in perfect condition. The fridge is a simple but lovely design that fits our space perfectly. Plus, it fits magnums which was a nice surprise!

Very happy with my purchase.
Styling and technical specs are just what I was looking for.
I’ll now be enjoying great wines in mint condition for years to come :-)

Ordered the LECAVIST Wine Cabinet - 56 Bottle - Dual Zone on 29th March, still waiting. No reply to emails.

Called on 8th April, spoke to Janice, she was going to follow up & advise.

Called on 10th April, spoke to Tom, he was going to follow up & advise.

Called 13th April, no humans, just an answering machine.

Neither of the two staff have done what they promised.
The funds have been taken against my credit card.

Is this company insolvent, what is going on ?

The ordering process was very simple, the hardest part was trying to decide what fridge to get due to only having limited space. The delivery process was managed very well with tracking the whole way right up to the driver arriving.
They removed the old fridge and unpacked the new fridge,plugged it in and turned it on to make sure it worked with a quick explanation on how it worked.
The fridge looks great and has been running like a charm and our wine is now nicely chilled.
Very happy with the whole process from start to delivery.

Ordered the 97 capacity and it was delivered today. Looks great and fits perfectly into the space we had planned.
Tracking the order was easy and so far the pre and post sales support has been good.

Delivered on time.
Didn’t level the feet of the wine fridge.
No one told me that the extra 9 shelves would be sent by post. Further there is no information when the package will arrive.

I was looking for a new larger wine cabinet than the one I have and found I could easily compare wine cabinets that I was interested in and found the
LECAVIST Wine Cellar - 168 Bottle - Single Zone - Freestanding - Black (LKV168PNDX) × 1 which suited my purposes well and was well priced compared to other brands I have looked at.

I haven't received the wine cabinet yet , but fingers crossed all goes well .

The communication with LeCavist was excellent. The order was delivered in a timely fashion. The fridge is of fantastic quality and we can’t wait to use it for years to come.

The sales team was very friendly and helpful when deciding what was the best fridge for my situation.

4.5 stars! Tom took care of an issue that developed, and nicely resolved it to our great satisfaction. Also, the product is nicely designed, looks good, and works well.

Had fridge for 13 months now. Looks good and we like it. But now the top wooden drawer is mouldy (no wine leaks) and is causing water to leak out the bottom. The drawer is stuck in the fridge - won’t budge. And the support available, despite (or perhaps because of) warranty is underwhelming. I’ve spoken to 3 different businesses who allegedly provide support and none have been able to get anyone out to fix. I’m not sure the support is worthy of the brand.

I placed and paid for an order of $900 in December and have received no communication whatsoever since. Multiple emails, phone calls, and chat attempts have gone unanswered, and there has been no update to indicate the order is even being processed.
Given the complete lack of response, it raises serious concerns about whether this site is a scam or just awful customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Replaced a large Liebherr wine fridge with Le Cavist of same size. Customer service and emails confusing and many seemed AI generated or automated. But once got phone call arranging delivery was smooth. Product delivered smoothly and good communication from that service. Product after several days seems equal in size, noise, operation to the Liebherr. The door closing mechanism is a little clunky and instructions book limited but overall happy so far.

We love our LeCavist wine cabinet. We had been looking for a while before we came across LeCavist. Great design and features, and very quiet. Our only issue is the measurements provided for our unit did not include the top hinge, which increases the height by 2cm, which did cause a problem because we had to modify our cabinet work.

My wine fridges have arrived, rather late but in good spirit, like a Qantas tourist!
We have not yet had a chance to test them, but they look good and I'm sure will be satisfactory.
