The 12VAC to 12VDC converter easily fit in the exing power supply box to allow me to convert from incandescent to LED under counter lights.

Great Technical support, low costs, quick delivery. I learned ALOT!

Product is great. I've installed, looks good, and am really happy with it. BUT: I felt like I really got screwed on two fronts:

1) I get onto the website and a pop-up of 5% off and free shipping appears. Very appealing, but apparently in the fine print, my order didn't qualify for the free shipping and I didn't catch before placing the order. Buyer beware, that's on me, I get it.

2) Because I thought I was getting free shipping when I placed the order, I failed to notice that it it defaults to FedEx 2 day. Not the USPS so you have the opportunity to upgrade, but the bend over rate as a default.

So for a small order with 8 oz. of product I was pleased to place at a fair price of roughly $45, imagine my surprise when I opened the order confirmation email after the weekend past and discovered the total came to roughly $76.

I called the company on Monday, and they were apologetic, but it had already shipped. I got completely soured on what started out as a great experience.

good information provided as this was a replacement part from the original manufacturer. part was easy to order, quick delivery and worked perfectly as advertised.

Even though USPS lost the shipment - it eventually arrived - that's more on USPS. LED Customer Support filed a claim with USPS when brought to attention the shipment seemed to be stuck somewhere with USPS, and then issued a new shipment once verified lost with USPS (but the same day the original USPS shipment arrived). Cameron in customer support at LEDSupply was helpful through the USPS delays.

Great product at a great price. Shipping was quick and arrived well packaged. The battery pack and LED strip work well together and were easy to set up in an area that doesn't have power readily available. Thanks!

The beetle clips didn’t work , the aluminum track could be slightly larger to accommodate the plastic lens, the tape strip and lens cover don’t fit well together , their is not enough wiggle room to slide the lens cover on easily!!!! I found after sliding one cover on that the tape strip has to be perfectly placed in middle of track!! I called about beetle clips and they said they would send a video they never did, I believe there are other products easier to work with I’m still trying to finish up, way to may hours into it!!! Very unsatisfied!!

Easy process and got it on time. I wish they had more and accurate info on the 110 to 24V transformer, not a great product.
