I wanted a passive income asset that didn't involve physical products, so I tried their YouTube Automation package. They handle everything: the ideas, scriptwriting, voiceovers, and video editing.

My channel got monetised in just 90 days.

My Shopify store was poorly designed and I struggled with managing my business. Legacy Ecom Automation has great designers. They helped redesign my whole Shopify store and helped me manage my accounts effectively.

My experience with David’s e-commerce services was highly unsatisfactory.

Based on my direct experience, my Amazon store did not generate any profit over a period exceeding six months and was ultimately permanently deactivated. Following that, a TikTok shop was set up, but it was also shut down within approximately 1–2 months, again resulting in financial loss on my end.

In addition, a Walmart store setup was attempted twice but was never successfully completed. Despite these outcomes, my requests for a refund of the setup fees were declined.

Throughout this process, I found communication to be inconsistent, and I did not receive clear explanations or a structured recovery plan after the repeated issues.

This review reflects my personal experience. I recommend that others conduct thorough due diligence, request clear written guarantees, and carefully review refund policies before engaging in similar services.

Great profitable business. The team at Legacy is truly amazing and always available to answer any questions regarding my Amazon business. I like the software to keep track of all orders from the warehouse. My store is a little over 9 months and happy with the results so far and waiting to get approved for more credit so I can have the team grow my store even more this year.

Exceptional service and I am very happy with my Amazon store results. I have a full time job and don't have time to manage this business so it is nice that Legacy handles everything.

I purchased 2 online stores from Legacy Ecom Automation almost one year ago. David does a really good job of getting you to believe he is a leading authority at what he does. I would have to say this isn't true. He is more concerned about making himself money then his clients. After learning almost all aspects of the business and really working to try and make it a viable source of income. I have to say it was a failure. I am grateful for all that I have learned. Unfortunately Legacy and the teams it hires oversees to manage the stores are not under the owners control, and are truly not concerned about doing the right thing for the customers we service. There is way to much risk compared to the reward. I would think twice before buying a business from Legacy and David. Please contact me with any questions
