Very good apart from the auto renew which didn’t pick up on. It should be an opt in not an opt out. That’s why you get 3 stars

The auto-renew feature is clearly displayed during checkout and can be deselected before completing the order. It is designed to prevent accidental expiry of an LEI, which could interrupt financial transactions.

I needed the Legal Entity Identifier…
I needed the Legal Entity Identifier Number as it would be required for me to sell or transfer shares in the Company name.
I received the information on the day of application the 22nd of January 2026.
