We're sorry you're unhappy with your canvas. Looking at the emails you sent if you zoom in on the pictures we show online the same amount as the zoomed in pictures you sent they do match up. It is a painting, not a photo. Sorry for the confusion! We did send a possible resolution for you, but it looks like you haven't responded. You can always return the canvas for a full refund too. Thanks!

Recent Order
I recently placed an order for a 9th picture in a floating frame. The frame is a different size from the prior 8, and had different hanging hardware. I reached out to share this concern and no one has contacted me. I would like someone to reach out to discuss a replacement for this product so it can match my other order. Very disappointed.

Hey Ben, I have replied to your emails and even tried merging them together so you could see the thread. Maybe they are going into your spam? We changed warehouse's. That is why it is different. All of our canvases will be like the new one you received going forward.

The first print had a minor blemish. Reached out to support and they addressed the issue quickly. Received the new print with no blemishes. Looks great in our bonus room.

Shipping Abroad
So the picture quality and framing is top notch, no complaints there. However, and I appreciate it's the fault of that idiot you americans put into power, but they have stopped shipping outside of the USA which is really annoying.

Zero Star Review
If there was a zero star that’s what this outfit would receive. My delivery address is located where USPS will not deliver. That said both FedEx and UPS deliver all of the time. I asked the support group on several occasions to please send it FedEx or UPS (which is listed on the website as shipping providers) and they said they had no control of the mode of shipment outbound. I made several attempts to get support to help me and they finally cancelled my order rather than help the customer get artwork to their destination successfully. I have never had such a horrible experience with an outfit like this. You'd think they try to provide excellent customer service. Whoever heard of not being able to control the mode of shipping if they run a top notch business to satisfy the customer.

Yes, we did cancel your order. You reached out before asking how orders were shipped. I said I could not guarantee it wouldn't be shipped USPS and you created an order anyways and told me we needed to make sure it wasn't shipped USPS. The order was canceled since, as I originally said, we cannot guarantee one of our shippers won't hand off your order to USPS.

Package was delayed, there was great communication from their customer service department every step of the way to keep me nformed on what was going on. Outstanding service and a great product.
