I placed an order with this company on 14/01/26, dpd tried delivering a fee days later, unfortunately I wasn't in and the parcel went to the depot, ive rung dpd to see whats going on and they have lost the parcel. Well the communication with this company is absolutely appalling, they won't give me a fefund as they're investigating with dpd. My contract is with this company not the courier. Their customer services is actually shocking. It's been over a month since I placed my order. I will be taking this further and the seller is legally obliged to refund or replace the order and they haven't. I've got emails of them mugging me off and not refunding. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I purchased 2 Aegis Force vapes 1 in Canon Orange and 1 in Iris purple on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. I received tracking the day after purchase and they arrive right on time and work perfectly. I am very happy, thank you.

I order from legion of vapers very often. If I order early in the day it is more then likely it will be here the next day. There has been a few times where it was due to be delivered by royal mail the next day but it never turned up. That was Royal mails fault. I have had an amazing experience with legion of vapers and I will be continuing to use them in the future.

Royal mail failed to deliver my parcel,.I contacted LOV and they promptly sorted it all out and received a replacement shipment this morning, very fast and reliable, keep up the good work and I highly recommend these guys for vaping needs. Merry Christmas and happy new year to you all

Fantastic service. Ordered a vape on Thursday evening and had it by Saturday afternoon. Contacted them on messenger on Friday for a tracking number, and the service was instant and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

You can always tell how a company operates when something goes wrong. This is a company with one telephone number to call on their website and it ALWAYS goes to answer phone. Every time!

I purchased a Geekvape mod kit and a tank to fit on top of it. The mod kit was £29.99 and the tank was £19.99. When they arrived I opened them and put them together. When I went to switch the battery on it didn’t work. I tried to call Legion of Vapers (LOV) and as I stated the telephone number always goes to answer phone. Yes, this is one of those companies that insulates itself from speaking to the customers and everything is done by email.

When I got an email back I had to jump through several hoops like videoing the problem, sending them the barcode etc. They then asked for me to send the parcel back to them and according to their own policy they will only give you £4 to post this back. To send it Royal Mail tracked costs £4.75 so I lost out there and you will too..if you have a problem. But it’s their policy so what can you do..

Next I had an email saying they had only sent me a refund back for the mod kit and despite the fact I clearly purchased the Geekvape tank to fit on top of the Geekvape mod, they sent this..” Could you please clarify why the tank was returned?”. Like they don’t know that I obviously purchased the tank to fit on top of the mod.

I purchased this mod kit and tank in good faith, the battery didn’t work and so me having the tank was pointless but would they refund both in good faith..no! And they even tried to play dumb as to why I would possibly want to return the tank. OF COURSE I’m going to open the tank to put on top of the mod, I did this in good faith expecting a brand new mod to work but it didn’t and because I opened the tank they won’t refund it and have sent it back to me.

So despite the fact they sent me a faulty mod kit it’s me the customer who loses out.

And even worse when they return the tank all of the innards of the box are missing, there is no spare drip tray, coil removal tool or other parts that should be in the box. Now I can’t even try to sell it and I can’t use it.

I’ve had to go to the citizens advice now.

Don’t be fooled by the high stars of this company, always judge a company on how they act when things wrong. First you’ll be frustrated because they have a phone that goes straight to answer phone and then you’ll receive the treatment I got.

I order from these guys all the time, never an issue with an order, have had a couple of ecig mods that went faulty within weeks but these issues are and were dealt with promptly and products replaced no qualms, I would fully recommend using these guys customer service is second to none

I got the aegis solo kit and after only 1 change it failed to charge so ander warranty, sent it back after about a month I contacted them,they couldn't find it and as a goodwill gesture offered me half the cost.i accepted it and purchased another aegis solo mod box.As soon as it arrived I plugged it in and it failed to charge..same issue with battery again and I now have to ask for a refund on29 November legion of papers sent a replacement vape .I an very satisfied and dealing with them was a good experience. Thanks

Free delivery, but best yet is they have klarna option making them even more affordable, site is easy to use and shipping is extremely fast no lie, 10/10

Great service, products and quick delivery

I enquired about a new product and was advised that it would be available to order online later that day. I was informed when the product went live and I ordered straight away. Delivered within 24 hours of initial enquiry. Amazing service and communication throughout. Definitely recommend.
