I can’t say enough good things about Amir and the experience I had working with him on my refinance. Before finding Amir, I had already spoken with several other lenders and was honestly starting to think refinancing simply wasn’t going to be possible for me. Every lender I contacted either declined the loan, told me my situation was too complicated, or basically gave up once they realized it wasn’t going to be an easy file.

Amir was completely different from the beginning. Instead of immediately telling me no, he actually took the time to understand my situation, review everything carefully, and figure out what options were available. He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question or didn’t understand something, he explained it clearly without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him.

What impressed me the most was that Amir didn’t make unrealistic promises. He was straightforward about the challenges with my loan, but he was also determined to find a solution. There were several times during the refinance where I thought we were going to hit another dead end, especially after everything I had already experienced with other lenders. Amir stayed on top of the process, communicated with everyone involved, and kept things moving forward.

After being declined everywhere else, actually getting my refinance approved and closed was a huge relief. I genuinely don’t think it would have happened without Amir’s experience and persistence. He took a situation that other lenders didn’t want to deal with and found a way to make it work.

If you have been turned down by another lender, have a complicated financial situation, or simply want someone who will actually take the time to look at the entire picture before giving you an answer, I would absolutely recommend giving Amir a call. Don’t assume that one lender telling you “no” means there are no options.

Thank you again, Amir, for all of your hard work, communication, and patience throughout the refinance. After dealing with so many lenders who couldn’t help me, working with someone who actually followed through and got the job done was a completely different experience. I would definitely recommend Amir to friends and family and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

The team that I worked with was professional and answered all my questions. Patrick and Kara were available and would call back promptly to ensure a smooth transaction.

I received a notification by mail that I could be approved for a home equity loan. I went through the process, then the loan officer sent my application to his "team". Then nothing. I received no replies to either e-mails or texts. they ghosted me. I didn't even receive a notification that my loan was denied. In essence, they ghosted me. I don't appreciate that at all.

Patrick Folsom was Our Loan Agent and from the beginning Patrick put my needs and concerns at the forefront of achieving my goals for success! I was looking g to get a small equity loan to do improvement, i.e. MB Shower replacement. I had tried without success with my existing lender but got denied. Patrick did all the necessary foot work and researching to find a lender that take on my request. He wasvery successful and I am totally satisfied! Patrick never made me feel he wouldn't succeed and true to hisword he was! I will definitely be referring family and friends to Patrick for their property(s) needs to get financing with success. I myself worked 12 years at First American Title in Santa Cruz County California. As Notory I assisted many lenders closing on loans and purchases of real estate so I knew what to expect, especially Underwriting Departments. I even had a saying when Borrowers would get frustrated when closing and complaints about why so much paperwork? "I would tell them that the underwriting Department has a paper scale and had to get the perfect amount to measure up to close the loan!"
I could go on a don't, but I'm so satisfied with the out come, I would put you to sleep.
