Purchased authentication service said item was authenticate found out item was actually a fake charged me $80 for service and certificate won’t refund me my money I lost $900+ because of them there service is bogus and fake. This has happened twice to me another time the item was actually real and they said was a fake cost me $500 !

Very helpful. They were able to respond to any and all concerns I had and they made sure to go into explicit detail on why my item was authentic. If I could have given a 0 I would. I recently purchased a pair of Travis Scott trainers from Kick Game. They are not authentic. I used this company hoping to get an extra person to back my thoughts and give it to my bank for backative. The trainers are 2 different colours, the Nike tick isn’t even the same material, there is glue around the trainers, Laces are different colours and the inner soles pull straight out. If I could upload the pictures to show you’s I would. If you are questioning the authenticity of any items, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am 1000% sure at least one of the trainers is fake. This company will verify a fake item!

I decided to test Legit Check By Ch. by sending them a Yeezy x GAP hoodie that I already knew was fake. I wanted to see if they could spot clear signs of inauthenticity.

Right from the start, it was obvious the hoodie was a counterfeit – the washing tag had nonsensical and poorly written English phrases, including blatant typos like “Amstrodam” instead of Amsterdam, and missing or misplaced words. Yet, after their so-called “expert” review, the website told me the product was legit.

They charged me for “authentication” and delivered a completely unreliable result. They ignored clear evidence that any experienced reseller or collector could identify in seconds. Their arguments about “the correct tag material” or “negative space in the letters” mean nothing when the text itself is full of mistakes no authentic product would ever have.

This service presents itself as professional authentication, but in my case, it failed miserably. If they’re fine with calling an obvious fake authentic, I can’t trust them with any other product.
My experience is wasted money and a false sense of security. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Fast respond and easy to communicate with, provides detail reasons for their verdict

My recent experience with Legit Check was very good as they were able to communicate to me, as well as provide me with extra assurance that my item was authentic. I recently purchased a MM6 tote bag (something not too common in the market) and they got back to me and said that it was authentic, providing a list of detailed reasons for why it is real and that it does not seem to be written by AI, but someone/ a team who genuinely took the time and inspected the item. I then messaged them back regarding the bag as I wanted to confirm more about the item. They then got back to me with more comprehensive responses that detail why it is authentic. Was very happy with their service even after already getting an initial response from them, as they took the time to respond back to me and reassure my item’s authenticity with me afterward.

Authentication came in very detailed, great descriptions and explanations! The authentication came in on time and all emails sent were very informational and communicative. Will always use LCBC for any authentication check!

Experience with the service was great! Interface is very easy to use as it keep things in place like conversation with their team and where the photos are uploaded. Use of their service also feels more accurate since the team asks for more information and photos to help them further validate your items’ authencity compared to others’ solely AI-enabled service. Excellent service! Used it as a pre-purchase check on a watch by simply sending some good close-up photos. Great to get an independent assessment. Definitely worth the cost considering what you pay for a luxury watch.

Bought a pair of Dior trainers from a seller online. I asked Legitcheck to authenticate them for me - i had a feeling they were fake but wanted to double check. LegitCheck stated they were real and i had nothing to worry about - they even double checked the shoe as i was wary. A few months later i went to sell them on using vinted but they didn’t pass authentication so i tried again and sold them on ebay again didnt pass authentication. The pair were fake! I lost out on a boat load of money because i trusted LegitCheckApp. All they can give me is a generic AI response with no help at all. Can’t even provide the 1 service rhey advertise and are too ignorant to understand when they are wrong.
