Couldn’t fault LEC from start to finish. The nature of our booking meant things weren’t confirmed until last minute for us, and Mark was very kind, helpful and patient with us.

Simon was a brilliant driver - arrived on time with a lovely car and nothing was too much trouble on the day.

Would 100% recommend and look forward to using them again.

Mark collected my daughter and I for her big day. He was happy to wait and was very professional which helped calm down my daughter. Helped getting my daughter and her dress in the car. I have relied on Leicester Executive Chauffeurs for airport transfers for the past few years. I tend to (always) leave booking a car until the day before - LEC is so fast to reply I'm not sure head office ever sleeps. The drivers are always on time, professional, courteous, friendly and kind (e.g. Helping my mum finish her packing and close her overly full suitcase at 4am). Yes they are more expensive than other companies, but for good reason. I cannot recommend them more highly. Cecilia.

Excellent service, vehicle was great, clean and tidy. Rob the driver was very accommodating, moved seats around, took us to the best drop off place. Was friendly and picked us up on time at the agreed location.

The service was 5 star throughout. The driver was waiting for us when we landed. The journey to our destination was very smooth and with two small children flying in overnight that made all the difference. I would recommend them highly and will definitely be using them whenever we fly jn and out of the UK going forward

Mark and the team provided first class service for my clients on collection and drop off for a fun filled day of racing at Cheltenham Gold Cup. The vehicle provided was perfect for the occasion and provided 5 star treatment. Would use again in a heartbeat.

It was my first time using a car service and it was fantastic. Zak was so friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. There were text updates on the day confirming he was on route, then when outside and communication throughout the day as there were road closures to contend with, it was all so efficient. This is a note to tell you all about how great the guys at LEC are! My wife and I had arranged the holiday of a lifetime. We’re not millionaires but we saved hard, and booked a dream holiday…10 days in a beach bungalow in the Maldives! We waited a year for the date to come around…and decided to push the boat out, no long term parking and stress for us! No siree Bob! We decided to get an exec car down to Heathrow from our home near Melton Mowbray. Simon from LEC picked us up promptly, and their process sent us texts throughout the day, telling us they were on their way, and pickup time…great. The car was a lovely, clean shiny, new Discovery…and fitted all of our luggage with room to spare and we sat in leather lined comfort with bottles of water provided to keep us hydrated. So far so great! Then, Simon, who had the flight feeds on his phone, told us the US had bombed Iran and flights to the east were being cancelled! What?! Our hearts sank. We were booked for an overnight stay in the Sofitel at Heathrow for an early flight. Simon said, as he dropped us off at the hotel, ‘look, if your flight is cancelled, call us and we will find a way to get you home…. We will never leave you stranded at the airport!’ Next morning, our flight was cancelled and the travel agent said all flights to our destination were cancelled until further notice!’ Our holiday of a lifetime was ruined! Stress…. Will we lose our money…all that we’d saved? Put that to the back of our mind…how do we get home? We rang LEC…and whilst Simon was on another run, Mark at LEC, said, ‘don’t worry, I’m dropping off at Heathrow today, I can pick you up at 1pm is that okay?’ Okay?! It’s flipping fantastic. He picked us up in his beautiful grey Mercedes E class. Whatever happens tomorrow about refunds etc, can wait, but one thing’s for sure, you can always rely on the boys at LEC and their superb customer service and care. If you ever need an executive car service, accept no substitute! Get the best, give the buys from LEC a call. .

The order process was easy and clear. Mark, our driver, was on time, very well presented, polite and helpful. The taxi was spotless, comfortable and had phone chargers and water in both directions. We arrived safely and smoothly. Couldn't ask for more.

The service was excellent, with quick replies and a hassle-free booking process. I received clear details about the driver and pickup, which was reassuring. The driver arrived right on schedule, was very friendly, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The car was clean and well-maintained. Despite the bad weather, the driver thoughtfully provided an umbrella, which was much appreciated. I would happily use this service again.

This company have a good reputation for a good reason. Professional, good prices, communicative throughout and the bride and bridesmaids knew who was driving, time of arrival confirmed and were really happy with the service

We used LEC for a transfer from Heathrow. Everything worked to perfection:- punctuality, communication, very comfortable stylish car, personable and professional driver. In spite of being somewhat jaded after a 24 hour journey we enjoyed the drive home and would use LEC again if practical to do so.
