Top Customer Service
I have been a patient at Leightons, Epsom for over 25 years. During that time I have seen a few staff changes, but the one thing that never changes is the level of customer service provided by the staff. All of the staff that I have encountered have always been friendly and polite and have always provided a high level of customer service.
But it is only due to my having recently had to visit the store multiple times in the last month, that I have really realised how outstanding ALL of the staff at Epsom branch are! They always have a smile on their face and a nice welcome when I walk in the branch, they always take the time to help me with whatever my problem is and they never make it feel like I am being a burden and they always go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service that they can. Having worked in retail and customer facing roles myself, I realise that this is not always an easy task and I would like to highly commend every member of staff for going above and beyond for their customers all day, every day.

Excellent customer service and good value
Kevin and the staff at Leightons in Reading have been great. Initially went in for non-prescription sunglasses that were out of stock at another local retailer. Although they werenât in stock Kevin was able to order in quickly , even ordering a couple of sizes to get the perfect fit. Was also due an eye test for new prescription , which had done the same day , and new prescription lenses were back in under a week, using my existing frames which I had wanted to keep. The value for money and service at this branch has been excellent and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent standard of care
The standard of medical care was excellent, and being on the monthly care plan has been worthwhile, with discounts on spectacles when I needed to update, and immediate help when I had an emergency visit. The equipment for tests (retinal photography etc) was impressive, and everyone in the shop kind and helpful.

Eye Test
I attended Leightons in Totton for an eye test. The test started on time, as per the arranged appointment and was conducted in a very professional and caring manor. All of the procedures were fully explained, including there function and purpose. The results were discussed in detail and advice provided. The staff were very friendly and professional at all times.
