Leisure Games レビュー

I love this company, they seem to get things that other companys dont have listed.

Always arrives on time and well packaged.

Great service, very fast and helpful.

Quick and proper delivery

I love this shop. They're super helpful and have so much great stuff.

A great retailer, can recommend as they support the Bits and Mortar programme, and are just wonderful when you need support. Top quality service as my orders arrive within a few days.

It’s been weeks now since I paid and I’ve heard nothing about my purchase.

First time I've used them but I'll definitely be back. Good communication about the order and quick dispatch and delivery.

Online purchase and quickly available for instore pickup - friendly service

I've placed a whole series of orders over the last two weeks, all have been processed "by return of post" , and have arrived exactly on time and beautifully packaged as well. Leisure Games and I go back over thirty years now, and exemplary customer service is second nature to them. I'm very happy to look forward to the next thirty years. Very well done!

Fast and reliable delivery in excellent condition!

I've been using Leisure Games as my one stop shop for RPGs and Boardgames for a few years now and I really could not be happier. The staff could not be friendlier and are always happy to answer any questions. The stock is always in perfect condition on delivery (which is honestly a miracle compared to my experience with other providers including Amazon themselves) and the shop itself is brilliantly laid out in a way that is easy to navigate, making excellent use of what limited floor space the guys have.
Unfortunately I've been unable to go to the shop proper for a bit now, but their delivery service is just as superb. Since it's through the royal mail it's a bit pricier, but I've yet to have any problems. In the rare occasion I have had a query about one thing or another, the team have always been very helpful and very easy to get in touch with via email. Customer service really is some of the very best.

Ordered from online store. Fast delivery and well-packaged. Information from the store indicating difficulty and description of what the game is like. Interested to check out store in person!
