Excellent service and professional advice

Appalling service from start to end, my client spent a lot of money ordering a Harvia product through Leisurequip. Parts were delivered to incorrect addresses and communication through the sales was poor. Then an incident on site meant that parts went missing, under the warranty, we requested a redelivery of these items only be told it was impossible. After many negotiations and a discussion with Certikin, Kenton at Leisurequip advised that these parts were now arriving 27th January after waiting a month to hear such news. It is now the 5th March and I cannot get a response on any of the phone lines or an email as to the whereabouts or status. It seems as though we will have to take legal action as my client now has a £7k shower that is unusable. If I could write zero stars I would. Buyers beware.

Easy to assemble and operate

Ordered a massage table. It was the best price I could find and delivered exceptionally fast.

I've seen all the positive reviews but that has not been my experience. I feel very let down by this company - after 5 weeks of waiting for a heater to be delivered, I asked for an update, to be then informed by email the order had been cancelled. I was informed that I was getting a refund ( no apology) that was 2 more weeks ago - I still haven't received anything. I would think twice about using this company as they have let me down badly. I could say a lot more.

They were pretty responsive and the order was delivered speedily. However, the heat sensor was missing from the package and so I had to contact another supplier to source this. Otherwise, a good and competitively priced service.

In looking to source a sauna and steam room for our new build games room and spa, and having researched a number of suppliers, I selected Leisurequip following a telephone conversation with Kenton who was really helpful in answering all my questions.
With Kenton's help we specified the new equipment which was delivered on time at a very competitive price.
He was so helpful answering queries for my team as they assembled and fitted the the sauna and steam room.
We are so pleased with our new set up and can highly recommend Leisurequip.

Great service this morning, I had ordered a product a few days ago and unfortunately needed to cancel it. The gentlemen I spoke to was very helpful, advised it may have been too late to cancel. A phone call a few minutes later to say it has been cancelled and refunded. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back to your company again. It’s so nice to find trustworthy uk businesses.

I had a home sauna for the past 20 years but sold our house and needed a sauna in the much smaller confines of an apartment. We knew exactly what we wanted and decided to buy the parts and have it built ourselves. The first few suppliers we contacted just kept trying to push their standard products to get us to fit into their conceptions rather than the other way around. This all changed as soon as we spoke to Kenton of Leisurequip and he went into infinite detail to answer any queries we raised. Leirsurequip lives and breathes saunas and were only too happy to pass on their expertise and advice. It was a happy day when we came across Kenton and Leisurequip.

Kenton has looked after us for over 20 years. He’s got vast knowledge of all related to Pools, spas, saunas, chemicals etc and he was always extremely reliable. Can’t thank him enough for all his help and expertise.
