Arnaque il parle au début ensuite plus aucune nouvelle. Même après plusieurs relances au début ils disent de payer par virement ensuite il parle d'assurance

No surprise, they require payment in a currency your account is not in and then force the customer to cover the difference their own bank charged them. It’s a band of liars who keep telling you for weeks that they are “on the case.” A refund was requested many times. The case has been reported to the police, and the local bank has been asked to blacklist their IBAN. Hopefully, you won’t be able to make SEPA payments to them soon. Stay away from this site.

Bestellte und bezahlte Waren konnten wieder einmal nicht geliefert werden, daher ersuchte ich um Rückerstattung.
Leider übermittelte ich einen fehlerhaften IBAN, mit dem eine Überweisung gar nicht möglich ist.
Ich habe im Chat darauf hingewiesen und den korrekten IBAN bekanntgegeben, aber das Geld wurde einfach einbehalten, mit der Erklärung, das Geld wurde bereits überwiesen- sehr witzig.
Ich war ein treuer Kunde, so ein erbärmlicher Abgang mit Unterschlagung von Geld ist wirklich letztklassig.

People who have had problems with this shop probably bought from an impostor site. The correct address is different. The real site not a fake shop and does deliver. After website problems with m'y command, ,i had very long communication with the support, it was long but after 6 month of difficult situation they finaly accept to send my command.
Be carefull, when you make the payement take all screenshot possible in case there is bug or any informatic problem.
The product was perfect and the package sending perfect two.
