It's amazing the turn out was better than expected I love the step by step instructions to out it together and extra parts

I was very septic when I bought this because I am not a very when it comes to this delicate work. But with the Instructions from LeLightGo I managed to do this! The result is awesome and I plan to buy light kits in the future from them. It gives that extra showoff

I ordered a Lego Light Kit for Ghostbusters #10274 with Remote. Shopping process worked fine without problems. I payed through PayPal (luckyly). I payed the extra money to get faster shipping. (4px) This was May 26.

After that- nothing happened.

On May29 "Sophie" (I assume this is an AI agent)
Asked for my phone number since this was needed for the shipping process to continue. I replied within 2 hours and provided the phone number.

After that- nothing happened.

On June 3- I asked for a status update. No response.

On June 5- "Sophie" asked again for my phone number. The text was identical to the May 29 request. This is where I assume the AI chatbot.
However, I replied within 2 hours and gave the shop 48 hours to respond with a reasonable status update.

After that- nothing happened.

On June 8 - I opened I payment protection case with PayPal.

I cannot reconmend this company. I Dont know what their case is- but for me it was a waste of time and hopefully not waste of money either.

I have used one of these kits before and it was pretty good. However, this time, the instructions for the kit weren't on the list on the website so I'm not able to use it. The instructions are only available as a link from the website, and don't come with paper instructions so the kit is absolutely useless (and expensive!) and nobody from Lelightgo has replied to my emails :(

Easy ordering, fast shipping, I love the i could order the kit and then add on extra pieces to make it my own.

This product is fantastic, just as described! It was a real pleasure to assemble it and see it illuminated, following a video on YouTube. The shipment was very fast and I'm sure I'll come back to buy something in the future.

Great. Could have wanted more detailed information about tracking the packadge. The Lightning works really well, but drains batterier very quick.

They are perfect for the Lego builds and were very easy to install with the instructions supplied.

Have tried others. LeLightGo has the best products and customer service. If there is an issue of any kind, they take care of it. Definitely recommend LeLightGo.

Good collaboration / communication with Lelightgo.

I very much enjoyed the installation process! These lights add a lot to my sets, and look great on display. However, at times the lights were tricky to install because they had to go in tight spaces, and I also received components that did not turn on.

We all know the Nissan Skyline looks good as it is, but once the LEDs are in, it just makes it complete.
