Lemonlight is a top rate, professional and well experienced organization. An appropriate legal contract defines expectations up front. They are immediately responsive to customer needs or questions with several points of contact (project manager, producer, business dev, customer service mgr). They delivered excellent results on our project for animated videos. Their online portal is very user friendly and facilitates interactions, scheduling, posting of deliverables, customer feedback on interim versions, etc. Highly recommended and would use them again.

The Lemonlight teamed worked really hard in making sure that the end result was what we envisioned. There was a moment of transition that made the projects a challenge but Nida and the team really dove in to make sure everything was running right on track again. Since last year, I have received multiple unsolicited emails to my work email address. Countless times I have requested to be removed from the emailing list, I have explained numerous times that we are not interested in their services, however, they don't seem to care. Borderline harassment at this point, and if I receive another unsolicited email, I will be reporting the company and requesting an investigation be undertaken.
