Avoid this company. The sizing is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m a standard UK size 8 and ordered both a Small and a Medium. The Medium is supposedly equivalent to a UK 10–12 according to their own size guide, yet it wouldn’t even fit over my head, making it impossible to try on. That’s not just running small, it’s completely inaccurate sizing and all 4 items I purchased would not even fit a small child.
To make matters worse, their returns process is bizarre. They ask customers to provide their sort code and bank account number to process a return, which I’ve genuinely never come across when shopping online. Every other retailer simply refunds to the original payment method, so this immediately raised concerns.
The return policy also seems heavily weighted in the company’s favour. Customers are left taking the risk when the sizing is clearly nowhere near standard UK measurements.
After this experience, it’s no surprise the brand is being sold through retailers like PLT and Boohoo rather than standing on its own. If I were those retailers, I’d seriously reconsider stocking this brand because experiences like this damage customer confidence and reflect poorly on the platforms selling it.
I won’t be ordering again and raising complaint with ombudsmen if my full refund is not accepted due to products not being fit for purpose.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company.
Two items never arrived, yet I was only refunded for one of them. The company admitted they were aware that one item had not been sent, but claimed they were still “investigating” the missing second item.
What I don’t understand is why they didn’t automatically refund the item they already knew had not been dispatched. When I asked for an explanation, I never received a satisfactory response.
It has now been nearly two months, and I am still waiting for an update regarding the second missing item. The company has stopped responding to my emails altogether.
I have also contacted them several times regarding a pair of leggings that ripped after being worn just once (this was the only item I kept by the way - god awful quality). Those emails have also been ignored.
I am currently pursuing the matter through Trading Standards, as I believe the customer service and handling of this situation have been completely unacceptable.
The one item I did keep was extremely poor quality and ripped while I was out wearing it. In my opinion, the products are significantly overpriced for the quality provided.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I have been scammed.

I placed an order over £150 through boohoo and wanted to return some bits, the return page asks for a mobile number which isn’t even requested when ordering? So obviously doesn’t work. It’s like a scam, I’ve contacted them via email with no luck and the return window is disgustingly short? Boohoo is also barely helpful saying they’ll send the info to Lemon lunar as if they haven’t been ignoring all their customers?
It’s just a lose lose you’ll be stuck with clothes you don’t want. I’m going to report them to trading standards
Rubbish returns
Purchased a dress via Debenhams, the dress itself was lovely, good materiel and looked incredible, only reason for return was the dress being too small. My issue is the returns process. There is no explanation of how to do the returns, asks for a IFSC code which i have never seen before, normally you wouldnt be asked your details in order for them to process the refund, it automatically does it. Try getting ahold of the customer care team take ridiculously long they also take ages to get back to you and do not help at all. If it wasnt for the returns issue they wouldnt of been getting a low review.

I ordered a Lemon Lunar skirt through Boohoo, and it has been an absolute nightmare.
The Return Window is Ridiculously Narrow: They give you barely any time to send items back, which feels completely deliberate once you try to actually use their system.
The Returns Site is Broken: The entire return portal is set up so poorly that it barely functions. It feels designed to glitch and stall until your tiny return window completely slams shut.
You’ll Be Stuck with the Loss: The fit of the skirt was incredibly poor, and because of their frustrating system, I am now stuck with a piece of clothing I can’t wear, can’t return, and can’t even seem to resell.
Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this brand at all costs.

I was nervous about my order coming in on time for my birthday and it came earlier than expected! So grateful to have this beautiful dress to wear to celebrate my special day. I emailed and got a quick response back. The quality of the dress is amazing🤩

Avoid this company like the plague. Not only was my parcel 10 days late with no apology I have now been waiting 6 days for a returns label and alls I keep getting off them is one will be sent over shortly. Shop somewhere else to avoid the hassle and headache to get your own money back

All across the board I would never order from this retailer . I do not recommend and would advise everyone to steer clear.
Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. Closed the return window early so I couldn’t return item - after failed attempts to get any response from their customer service I reached out to Boohoo to resolve it. LemonLunar agreed with boohoo that they had made an error and that they would reopen the return portal but didn’t actually do it, so now I’m still stuck with a misdescribed order that I can’t process a return for (dress was marketed as white but was actually blue).

I ordered The Amar Lace Dress and paid for next day delivery because I needed it for an event during the weekend. Unfortunately, despite there being a next day delivery option, the dress did not arrive the next day and only came after a few working days, by which time I no longer needed it.
I returned the order and was informed that refunds take up to 14 days. I ordered around the 18th of April and returned it on the 23rd of April, and today is the 18th of May and I still haven’t received my refund. I paid using Clearpay and have continuously sent emails and proof of return receipts, yet all I keep getting is “we will look into it” with no proper follow-up from the team.
This has honestly been a very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I just hope something is finally done about my refund.

Went to return, can’t do it via boohoo you’re then told to do it on their website then the order number doesn’t work so you have to contact them. They are then very very slow at replying and then. It shouldn’t be this hard to get your money back. Terrible brand
