Shoes came but are too small, should have ordered at least a size larger. Otherwise ok.

Perfect fit, great quality and design. Quick delivery as well. This is my go-to shoes!

Unfortunately, the sizing guide didn’t work out well for me, and size 46.5 turned out to be too small. I had to return it and order a size 47, which fits perfectly! Can't wait to try them on the trail.

The delivery service was great, and the excellent customer support made the return process a breeze.

Delivery took one week, shoes (primal zen) have perceptible division in the middle of the sole that you feel every step. Return cost is not included and equals to €11!

For me, personally, Lemms are the best shoes I’ve wear until now. 100% I will not return to the standard pair of shoes from the market, I will remain with Lemms, which are very comfortable and healthy for your feet. I wish I would have known sooner about Lemms. But it’s never too late to make a good change in your life.

It was my first pair of Lemmshoes and certainly not the last one. Nowadays in world of fast fashion and poor quality I so much enjoyed the quality of materials, stitches, packing and overall comfort of Lemmshoes. Absolutely worth every euro spent! Thank you, guys, please keep going!

Shoes very comfortable, ship ok.

I got a damaged product with blackened area in the front of one of the shoe. Yet i had to pay 11 euros for a return for something i had no fault.
Return process needs to be fairer.

Update: Customer service was swift to respond and help refund my return fees and also to process the returns quickly. They've been very supportive and thoughtful about the company and the brand.

I did end up purchasing the same shoes (Chelsea Waterproof Boots) from another retailer and they are absolutely stunning shoes. I love their anatomical design. They are so comfortable that it feels like a warm hug for my feet. Definitely will be trying more styles from Lems in the future.

Product: The shoes fit well and are very comfortable to walk in. I like that they provide more cushioning than truly minimalist barefoot shoes, while still having a wide toe box and a zero-drop sole.

The only downside for me is the insoles. The foam insoles with a cork top layer make my feet too warm, so I had to replace them with my own insoles.

I also think the shoes could be even more breathable if Lems used different upper materials instead of, or in combination with, synthetic mesh. Natural and highly breathable materials such as canvas, hemp or washi-based fabrics could make them more comfortable in warmer weather.

Second pair of shoes just bought, perfect for my work as a teacher, super chic and my toes are free and happy!

Very high quality shoes. You rarely find them like this nowadays. Comfortable as well. I hope they’ll add some more styles to their EU stock soon!

The shipping is a little slow. It took 8 calendar days to arrive in Hungary, which is exactly the same as shipping from China, even though shipments from China have to go through customs and travel a considerably greater distance.

Other than that, everything was perfectly fine. The Switchback Scorpion sandals are absolutely phenomenal!

Great products

The shoes are great but sending back the shoes that were 1 size too small costed me more than 10 Euros (from Germany to Denmark) - therefore, make sure you pick the right size - or go to a shop ;-)
