ordered, paid, nothing arrived 1 month later despite numerous emails and phone calls - no reply!
they just take your money - no product!
criminals...

I ordered.

I waited.

I logged in.

Not only was my order still 'pending' but it also was of a product no longer listed in the store. I have tried to phone in customer service every day all week but no one picks up. Tried e-mailing using website message system. No reply. Daylight robbery, folks. Just telling it how it is... LEMY.CO.UK = THIEVES!!!

Quick and easy transaction

I purchased an umbrella as a Christmas present and Lemy.co.uk sent me the incorrect one. I contacted them and they acknowledged it was their error and said if I returned the original one sent to me they would replace it with the correct one. However, they were only prepared to pay £5 towards the P&P to return this item and the cost to me would be £12. Since I have questioned why I should be £7 out of pocket when it was their error they have refused to respond to my emails, phone calls or website messages, I am now taking advice from trading standards.

Wonderful ladies mountain bike for a wonderful price! I highly recommend this site for those who's looking cheap and good quality bikes.

Just a quick thanks for lemy.co.uk extra efforts to deliver my husband's watch in time for his birthday. Received it the very next day after ordering with next day courier and my husband loves the watch.
